发帖数: 10018 | 4 今天去high school track跑6x[800m @ 5k pace + 400m jog]。
心想既然我5k也没这么快，就放慢点跑，前5rep控制在6:00/mi左右就行了。
结果跑下来真是舒服啊，speedstar4很好穿，track很软，心跳很低，跟tempo差不多。
最后一rep提了一下速，2:45跑完了800m，双腿感觉还很新鲜生猛，爽！

发帖数: 4931 | 5 had to cut my mid-long run short again today due to inflammation in my left AT -- the up to 85mpw plan is too tough for me right now, there is no point in trying to follow the plan if I had to cut out 10 miles of training each week. will go back to the training style I used this spring -- the plan is this (AM inspired, but focus on quality and not masochism):
Monday: recovery ~ 5 miles
Tuesday: interval ~ 10 miles (including warm up and cool down)
Wednesday: mid-long ~ 13-15 miles

we only stayed there 1 day
so we cannot go into the canyon

发帖数: 5306 | 18 是啊，画面实在不怎么样。而且campaign还有bug，有一关我已经到位了，有一个队友一
直没有来，情节无法继续，只好重新读档，没走几步回头看一下有没有把队友搞丢。。
。
campaign情节也不够连贯，关与关之间的衔接很差很差，缺乏代入感，和COD的campaig
n一比差距就明显了。
不过游戏性还不错，有很多有意思的装备。这游戏主要还是stealth，自己要找到更好的
方法尽量不触发警报，虽然大部分时候触发也没什么大问题。就是一个COD+GeOW化了的
细胞分裂。 |

发帖数: 11737 | 21 主要是过场动画太烂了，还不如游戏画面好，剪辑得也很差还不如游戏过程中的过场。
至于画面，不能说很好，但是我觉得秒COD还是没问题的，至少是跟分裂细胞断罪差不
多的效果。美工的话整洁干净，空气中的飞雪和浮尘效果很赞了，水差点，就是一层膜。
你遇到的那个bug我也遇到过一次。

，然后去买饭时需要优待不想排队，就像天朝的军车可以逆行一样，然后航母上的常规
海军也没上过战场只是在后方打打杂，但是不知道你是super hero所以不愿意被你插队
，结果被你竖了中指，就这样。
主要是平时玩的时候都带了面具，过场动画根本不知道谁是谁。 |

都到了撤离点还没有触发情节，我以为又出问题了，没想到过了10几秒直升机终于来了

打个比方，如果你们要同时杀几个人，队友锁定一个人之后，你也想锁定这个人，队友
有可能就会换一个地方去锁定另外一个。基本上队友蹲的位置都是敌人发现不了的。但
是你自己选位不好就有可能惊动其他敌人或者狙击枪穿到远处去了惊动其他敌人。队友
偶尔情况也会暴露，不是一定不暴露。
还有就是如果在交火，你蹲在掩体后面时间长了，队友会把敌人清差不多，就轮不到你
表现了。其他fps或者tps的特点是队友就是打酱油的，跟敌人面对面互相打不死，全都
得由你来。所以其他类似游戏的难度主要体现着“打死一两个——萎缩——画面由红恢
复正常——再出去血拼两个”，这个游戏如果这样打就没意思了。我经常某个地方反复
读档，比如同时有10个敌人，你一次只能跟队友搞死4个，如何走位如何不被其他敌人
拉警报，这才是有意思的地方。喜欢潜入游戏的更喜欢这游戏。 |
