发帖数: 101 | 3 从本版学到很多，也发个自己的timeline ，回馈以后网友。
由于是National Lab 的J1,接受的是政府的sponsor,需要提供sponsor view,所以比别
人多了一步。不过总体比较顺利，尤其是运气好赶上了三月份中领馆的大跃进，以及在
DOS的三次有效的contact,包括两次FAX后,(202)485-7696，第二天就有action.还有一
次email response（[email protected]） 也被我打印了作为Proof另有他用。最后
在USCIS等I797C的时间稍长，不过797很快就过了也足以欣慰。其中更感激朋友在我孤
立无助时及时提供了offer letter让我跨跃了豁免中遇到了最大的壁垒。

I came to US with my wife in Aug, 2003 and got admission with full scholarship
at the end of Novermber. I received my I-20 on Dec 20 and send my whole
application packet on Dec 22 by USPS overnight delivery to NB center. Then I
received NB receipt said that they recived my application on Dec 30. Yesterday
I received I-20 and I-94 card.

Update:
I've recived 12 replies in one day (already reach my attorney's requirements
^_^), and only one declined since he has job restrictions as he works for
Australia defense agency.Now I have 6 independent + 5 non-indenpendent
referees. Excellent start of my EB1B application process!

我使用了WeGreened的服务，强烈推荐，回复都很及时,让我少走了很多弯路。去年4月
份开始考虑办NIW，签了WeGreened的不过退款服务。过了几个月发现引用从60多涨到了
快100了，WeGreened给了regular 的EB1A。等到提交case的时候引用到了150+。
case 背景如下：
CIVIL ENGINEERING下面的小方向,国内拿的Ph.D。
paper:22 papers
citations:150+ （中英文引用各半）
paper reviews:23
就claim了老三样，没有claim媒体报道或者奖项之类的。
对于CS或者Engineering来说，引用本少就比较少，我认为引用到了100左右就可以着手
EB1A了，如果觉得自己没有信心DIY就直接找律师。准备材料的过程一般要3-6个月，等
提交的时候引用肯定还会增加。对了我的方向来说，影响因子2的都属于top journal了
，这个领域里美国高校的有些50岁左右的正教授GS引用都不到4位数。所以到时候了就

去年3月签了WeGreened不过退款服务，感觉挺不错，回复很及时全面，基本上RL PL和
预想的差不多，只有少量修改，省了很多事。
case 背景如下：
Electrical engineer下面计算机网络方向，美国phd，现在湾区互联网公司当码农
paper:12 papers+1 patent
citations:230+
paper reviews:70
就claim了老三样，没有claim媒体报道或者奖项之类的。
准备材料6个月，主要等推荐人。开始求保险没有pp，后来觉得不妨冒险试试
Timeline:

140 approved之后5月份收到combo卡，6月按的指纹（指纹通知一直没有寄给我，我直
接walkin打的指纹）
然后就没有任何动静了，mycasestatus一直显示finger print fee recived
2月初做了inforpass，被告知看不到任何状态，帮我提交了service request，说我
case最后被touch是去年6月份，推算是打指纹的时候。
说是递交SR会在2周内给我email或者mail告诉我状态，可我一直没收到任何邮件和信件
。今天手欠看了一下垃圾邮箱，看到上周收到一封USCIS 的feedback survey的request
，让我对使用USCIS的在线服务反馈意见。可我啥都没收到怎么survey呀？TSC是在玩什
么乌龙？感觉他们的工作都乱成一锅粥了，真不知道这么等什么时候才是个头。
大家有啥建议能加快办理速度吗？ |

但是我一共只有收到5个LIN#,包含我和我老婆的，现在少了一个131的LIN#.
我查了前后几个LIN#但是都显示是关于485的，显然不是我们缺的131.
请问大家有遇到这种情况吗？会不会USCIS漏录入或者弄丢了我们的一份131，因为我非
常确定，我们交了两个131表。

今天是6月16号，一个recipt还是没有收到。这几天跟USCIS TIER2的人沟通的结果是：
1）USCIS,一口咬定，从他们的系统里，我们的notice已经寄出了，收不到应该是邮局
的责任，或者是因为投递，信件会退回到他们USCIS他们回再次投递.
有一个好心的tier2工作人员，给我的case做了两个SR,给了两个referal #,想请教大家
这个如何使用？
2）我的A number下面，只有485和765， 131不知道去哪里（我也真是无语，当时所有

not changed) to remove the "Limited work only---", I did 2 days ago, and I
will receive a new one in 2 weeks.
Report to your university or company to process paper work, fill new forms
W4, W9, I-9 form, I did this week.
I recived my card on 9/10/10.

发帖数: 863 | 34 刚刚给USCIS 打了电话，I-485 的 Recived Date 之后30天内就应该收到FP notice 的（接电话的说的），给做了SR，得到一个confirmation number， 15天内可以从NSC得到回复。
大家赶紧打电话去，选择不知道receipt number，和人对话。会问你你是谁（申请人
还是 律师， 只有这两种身份可以； 另外英语不佳的可翻译代打，申请人要在旁边），哪种类型的485，receipt number，Alien number， 姓名，生日，地址，电话，
email。

out notice或者online status change.
我跟我律师在三月中旬讲了以后他就去询问，然后就收到copy了，我今天用copy把要的
材料寄给TSC了。回家收到移民局的一封信说要重新发RFE信给我因为我律师request了
，我觉得他们根本就是好混乱，大家如果还没收到不要等再晚了，信上这样说的”We
have recived your request for an expedited review of your case...On February
26, 2015, we mailed you a Request for Evidence to address we had on file at
that time. As a courtesy, we will re-mail the Request for Evidence. Please
follow 30 days for delivery. ....." 所以大家赶快动手，他们没寄也不会承认没

如果是明显的个人私人用品，比如笔记本，化妆品，没有invoice/receipts，海关会按
照这些大项的划分直接给你duty charge，然后国内的reciver/consignee（个人）可以
直接去海关交钱拿货，这算好的，毕竟能拿到货了。
如果不是，是商业产品等（即给个人的也有可能是商业产品，不一定非是寄给公司的）
，海关还是一般会先问你（通过shipping compnay代理或者consignee）要发票，没有
的话需要找当地的一个外贸公司办理清关，这样才能拿到货。很多说货被扣了的都是卡
在这里了，不知道该找谁。
简单说你shipper 有发票都好解决。楼主这个一件衣服应该ok, duty free，和用啥方
式寄送无关。

个有7，8个娃要养。。。revis island的contract还在吵架，OL的veteran被 let go...
很多问题，再加上赛程艰难，如果再有些伤病...there will be a disaster waiting
to happen...I wish I'm wrong but you never know what will happen.
想呐喊是非常出色的教练，尤其是in game adjusting，施耐德能花钱想赢...如果两人
没有ego问题，红皮一两年内肯定playoff. |
