后来我在bbs上看到，有人逃票被警察抓了，还给了ticket。所以当朋友再次来访的时
候，我很礼貌的告诉她，我不能给她打receipt。因为我不知道这是否合法？在弄清楚
这个问题之前，我不想冒险，更不想做违法的事情。我和老公就此问题也达成了一致。
我的朋友答应了，说下次来我家，她自己掏钱买卡。
今天，她又来我家（她让我给她带东西）。她来的时候说东西很多，让我去地铁站接她
。我正忙着，就让老公去接她。
结果我的朋友一下地铁就让我老公给她打receipt，并说她觉得应该没问题。
老公说月卡不在他那儿，在家里。老公说，那等你走的时候再给你打receipt吧。
结果，朋友临走时，并没有要求我送她并给她打receipt。我也完全不知道老公要去给
她打receipt。
我非常confused，为何老公一定要去送她，并且后来知道，是要去给她打receipt。
我对老公说：不是说了，我们不知这样是否合法，在我们弄清楚前，先不要给任何人打
receipt了吗？
老公说：你的朋友说这样没事，她让我给她打的啊？

安慰。

我和你有同样的problem, 我们也是只收到了5 out of 6 receipts, missing primary
applicant's 485. 我们是11 月初交到TSC的，感恩节前收到5张receipts，后来打电话
报上大名，生辰八字及A#（140 那个), 给了13 位字母+数字的receipt #,上周打的指
纹，昨天收到E-Mail 说ap/ead 批了，还没收到卡。
receipt # 的顺序是 XXX1-----485, XXX2-----765， XXX3----131， 你可以猜出那个
是你的485 receipt号，也可以先打电话确认，等你收到指纹的通知，上面也有你的485
receipt #（和我问到的一样） and 765 receipt #, double check, 但他们基本上不
会再给你寄duplicate copy 了， 我到现在也没受到那份missing receipt, 应该没有
太大关系了。 |

但是现在广州代签没有过，需要改在北京面签（说可以使用同样的DS160表，并且不用
收费）。可是等我再次登录预约时，到了填receipt number的地方，系统自动记住了妈
妈的receipt number，却让我输入爸爸的receipt number。等我输入同样的号之后，系
统却说:

file pepition Fedex的receipt.
我两年前transfer的时候是只要收到fedex的receipt就行乐，而现在还是同一个律师

但是托USPS的福, 卡竟然寄丢了, 现在快一个月了也没找到.
上周申请了Replacement, 就是又交了一份I-765, 但是勾了"Replace of a Lost EAD
card". 收到I-797C, 就是Receipt Notice之后发现和最开始申请的时候的I-797C是一
模一样的, 给了个Receipt Number, 完全看不出是一个Replacement申请.
因为之前查到申请Replacement之后可以拿Receipt给公司证明我是身份合法的, 就是卡
丢了, 可以工作90天, 所以这个Receipt对我还是蛮重要的. 不过现在看上去这个
Receipt和初次申请完全没差, 这样怎么证明我是Replacement申请呢?
有没有之前也申请过Replacement, 甚至是STEM extension的人? 进来说说收到的
Receipt Notice和一开始申请OPT的一样么? 有没有写什么特殊的内容呢? |

我银行得check deposit了，但是看不到正反面scanned image,跑道银行问，说tsc是
electronic scanning check and destroy, 所以没有scanned image.

心 因为副申请人交的时候 律师付了主申请人的EB2 140 approval notice，EB3
receipt notice和485 receipt，但EB3 receipt上的日期因为写的是14年3月，所以我
担心USCIS的那些笨家伙会不会认为排期没到，就不收啊？
请问有没有童鞋近期单独交副申请人485的成功案例？
前几天看到有人报4/17寄出的140/485还未收到receipt的，请问这个时段寄TSC 485的
朋友们，是否都收到receipt？

发帖数: 335 | 41 3月10号交的申请 （regular),等了22天没有等到receipt notice。我这边很是着急，
因为4月要身份证明跟着LD 交485。最终push律师，他们帮我从缴费的check上查到了我
的receipt number. LD那边的律师虽然觉得诡异，但是同意用网上打印的case status
代替我的身份证明。
今天我最后问公司的律师看看他们有没有收到receipt notice，得到的答复是还没有。
因为我网上查到的信息是说如果4月10号我还是收不到receipt notice 可以打一个电话
联系USCIS。今天我就问律师10号以后他们可不可以帮我联系USCIS，结果得到的答复是
他们不打算联系USCIS， 因为已经有receipt number了。同时我就问，那我自己联系
USCIS要一份receipt notice可以么，对方答复说我不能自己联系，说是因为我不是
petitioner。而且还说ＵＳＣＩＳ不会发ｄｕｐｌｉｃａｔｅ ｒｅｃｅｉｐｔ ｎｏ
ｔｉｃｅ的。
大家帮我看看，我有别的办法要到我的ｒｅｃｅｉｐｔ ｎｏｔｉｃｅ么？ |

如数寄给USCIS，5月初收到 J form的receipt，但没有收到Reply to RFE的receipt，
网上状态也没有表示收到reply to RFE。打了电话，也没问出所以然。请问这个J form
的receipt就是 reply to RFE的receipt吗？还是除了J form Receipt，我还应该收到

一开始，卖家不太愿意给receipt，说是可能后面为了需要CB，可能要再买一只相机用
我的这个receipt退掉，然后再搞其他的CB。。
但是没有receipt我就没有保修，后来我问电子版的，卖家说可以给，但是要把个人信
息都去掉..
单纯请教神医们，炮厂的warranty需要哪些东西才能兑现？一定需要出示完整的
receipt跟warranty么？
假设我的这个receipt被用来退货退掉了，我后面还能拿我的相机去保修么？理论上这

但是我当时要求不管怎么样，我之后要看DMV的receipt， 他们说可以。
但是一个多月过去了，我的title都收到了， 还没有收到DMV 的tax receipt。
昨天发信给dealer， dealer说他们不提供DMV的receipt，说我当初买车时签的一个表
，上面有明细， 也有sales tax部分，就是receipt。
大家在dealer买车的时候，即使dealer去帮你办一切，有可能拿到DMV的tax receipt吗? |
