发帖数: 1043 | 1 有独立monitor设置，录音和耳机分开？呵呵，只不过是你的卡座的output旋钮可以同
时控制line out和耳机输出而已，但是很多卡座output旋钮没接到耳机部分，不能调耳
机音量而已。
我说的那种就是指你要用monitor source（另外还有一档是monitor tape听磁带的）输
入音源不经过磁带直接听输入音源的，这是三磁头卡座必备的基本功能。
我的卡座在monitor的时候既可以用input level调“音量”，这个是在record amp上的
，output旋钮也可以调音量。
你试试看你monitor的时候rec level旋钮起不起作用。
出音量，和耳机的音量可以单独控制的那种。
不是同样的东西。你说的卡座的耳机插口，其实是用来听磁带的。我说的那种是用来
monitor，输入音源的效果的。 |

拿开盘机的母带去翻录，毕竟磁带这种载体本身就不行。连Studer的专业磁带卡座也是
这个样子，我不知道你口中的“高档卡座”高到啥程度。
话说回来我什么时候说过拿箱子去监听了？我是指你要拿卡座回放磁带的话，它就是让
你拿箱子去听回放的。监听录音，或者调整卡座的时候是用耳机的。
建议你把你的卡座调整好了，好好的录一盘磁带，体会一下磁带录音的过程，回头再说
我“不懂录音过程”也不迟。看看机芯，磁头，偏磁以及rec cal对录音效果有多重要
，回头在看看耳放跟这几个相比到底重要到啥程度。高档卡座的这些部分做得那就是艺
术品，相反它的耳放跟这些比起来那就根本不值一提了。

onsite? I think it's time to change the way to interview. I prefer to just
leave an hour for the candidates to code an algorithm.
本上都不难，但是也被问到了自己比较弱的题目类型，也犯了一些小错误。只有加把劲
继续攒rp，希望能有好结果。。。
紧张，前一天时间都花在准备这些，没想到4个面试官有3个几乎都是一进屋就出题！问
面试官问题基本上也是就问问面试官现在做什么project，你来做了几年了之类的。如
果早知道，可以多花些时间练coding了。
许是跟这个office做的东西有关系)，怎么说呢，design是我的弱项，大规模的题自己
感觉还不错(同时也鸣谢一下和krone的讨论以及几天前mudhoof的转贴)，这两个都没被
问到，从运气上看算是抵消了吧，呵呵

和computer science比）。漫长的找工总算暂告一段落.本来不想写的，但回想自己三年曲折

本人化工专业phd,二流中部学校毕业,作了快一年的postdoc.出国前在大型石化公司的研
究院工作6年，主要从事炼油过程的开发。从2009年开始找工作，
电话面试大概有20来个，7个onsite, 到现在总共拿到了三个offer，包括postdoc.去年
一个小公司给了offer,但薪水太低，比我现在的postdoc只高了一万刀，加上地方又差还
要常年出差，就回据了，做了现在的postdoc.
2009年是经济危机后job market最差的一年，虽然有位置贴出来，不是要求公民和gree
n card holder, 就是不提供sponsorship.投出去的简历根本没有回音。曾经被一个rec

leetcode上有吧. 思路差不多的应该, 把所有的sub set列出来其实可以排个序, 根据
当前的状态可以知道下一个状态, 可以用bool rec[number of people]来代表状态, 假
如一共3个人, 当前状态是12, 那么把没到最右头的最小位右移,变成13,然后同样逻辑
23, 然后发现都移动到最右边了, 就只有增加位数变3位, 但是保证是3位数里最小的就
是123 |

就是两个指针一前一后, 但是每次查找都要检查rec[256], 时间复杂度是256*O(n), 其
实还不如nlogn. 有其他简单的办法吗?? |
