但是用里程换的票，再积累回原来的PROGRAM里，甭说两年前了，10几年前也不可以。而
且没有一家可以，除非因为OVERSOLD被REBOOK到其他航班。 |

晚点，错过connecting flight。Newark CO的custmer service人也很rude，冷冰冰的
脸。旅馆，餐券什么没有，自己花钱住旅馆，rebooked的第二天的flight,第一架起飞
后20分钟飞机冒烟，返航换飞机，第二架滑行时候发现油泵故障，第三架飞机发动了才
发现没有加油。本来8am可以到家，一直搞到了3:30pm。中间Continental给每人发了6
刀的午餐费。
CO这样的烂航空公司不倒闭才奇怪。
原来以为UA烂，可是比起CO来，人家简直是星级服务了。 |

回程票虽然是CO里买的，但是operator却是UA，飞完也积了，

is an alternative flight to rebook if miss the connection. Usually there
are, maybe one more stop.
But you really need to educate the agent - sometimes they cannot find the
flights you want, you can search by yourself.
Usually the agents in the Club Lounge (UA/AA/DL) are more helpful. |

哪知道还没出发就恶心到了 我出的是到广州转机的 留了大概两个小时 比较紧了不过
考虑到都是CZ自己的联程直挂 又是base 也许问题不大
后来发现前面那个国内接续简直是晚点之王啊 平均就要晚一个多小时 六月初以来晚两
个小时的天数比准点或提前的天数还多 就准备改早点的
打电话和国航类似的 想和活人说话的话每分钟必须按1 然后还被挂了两次 (为啥不网
上解决? 不好意思世界第三大的航空公司的网站上的改签功能就显示一个国内的400号
码)
最后终于说上话了 作为专门接两仓和他们自己中高级会员的客服 上来就满嘴火车 还
让我去找出票的第三方解决(我在CZ官网定的) 还是耐着脾气交涉了半个多小时 其间客
服继续跑火车说我受到的邮件和自家的网站都不算他说想收改签费就是要收 最后让接
supervisor 不出意外再次被挂掉
父母不会英语没办法订非天朝的航司 来美国这么久这还是第一次这么强烈地体会到作
为中国人的无奈 还是因为自己“祖国”的2B公司
最后请教下 这还有得谈不?

预定转机时间是两个小时，本来应该算差不多
飞机倒是正点到了，结果等gate等了半小时
碰巧出关的非美国人通道人很少，过移民局几乎没等
但是行李最后才出来，因为带了个纸箱子（上次买的那个足浴器太大）
被叫到一边扫x光机去了，他们其他倒也没问，扫完就放我过去了
这时候我离开下班飞机只有半小时了，还得从terminal5到terminal2转机
结果火车到了terminal2，我就傻眼了
一共就两安检的队伍，都排了几百人
我跑去问一警察，说我的航班还十分钟就boarding了
结果他说他也没辙，让我找个航空公司的人给带进去
而terminal2连个united的柜台都没有。
同时有个美国大妈有同样问题，被打发到us airway的柜台找人去了
我就顺便跟着去了，结果对方柜台把她给打发了，说已经晚了，让她去rebook。
后来她又问一人，turn out她是first class可以排另外一队。
看她进去了，我跑去跟那看门的说了下，她看了登机牌，放我进去了
前面排队的，听说我是四点的航班，又都给让了路，
一路感谢，终于进去了。
结果航班是赶上了，但是托运行李只到了一个。 |

what you should do is to rebook a hotel in the suburbs, the parking there is

很多年来我发过不少贴谈日本相关话题，加上读过不少关于日本的书籍文章还会几句皮
毛日文，我常常自诩知日派。当然每次都要特别强调不是哈日，因为我确实也绝非哈日
。但是说这么多，我只是多年前回国路上转机时在东京逗留过两个不到24小时，分别到
成田市内和东京市中心非常简短地逛了逛，所以一直以来我总想能去日本好好看看。
2011年底本来想去，但是因为怕辐射余威，没敢去。2012年年末，我又想起了这个念
头。这一年里中日关系因为钓鱼岛问题极度紧张，这个时候去日本，估计是一定
会被骂哈日的，然而想想还是决定趁公司年底圣诞新年期间shutdown的差不多一
周长假去东京旅游一次。
因为是联航ＵＡ的里程会员，我定了25日从SFO直飞成田ＮＲＴ的ＵＡ837航班，航班应
