这次rebate系统修好了。我的rebate已经显示正确的数目了。
现在买更划算，大部分binder都有exclusive offer, 18% 到25% off.不用coupon也能
倒赚。
Limit 2 per sku，我一样买的2个 rebate都过了

**** rebate status只会在你买的东西送到你家之后才会update，自动计算你的rebate
总数。在那以前只会显示一个没有总数的rebate.

网上买的，只给我寄来了一个invoice，加上网上可以打印 proof of purchase和

因为这次我是店里买的，所以没啥感知
以前反正做网购的一般来说packing slip才是原始收据，上面有条形码，大家可以做一
个辨认，如果需要退还也是这个收据才有效，大部分的rebate都会强调是copy还是orig
inal receipt，这次我看到都是需要original rebate receipt，我店里打印的是没有条
码的，所以网购有些完全没有packing slip的最好online问问是不是能拿account的收据
作为rebate，这点我没经验，因为网购大部分都会寄，分批寄的也会分批出packing sl
ip
最后还有，rebate也请把购买日期和购买物品另外圈出来，这样方便处理的工作人员一
眼认出
大家都好捉急做rebate啊，呵呵，可能买的多不像我都是自用，我打算用一下确定都是
好的不用退换再做rebate，因为upc剪下来人家退换就比较麻烦了，呵呵

发帖数: 1265 | 14 staples网上online rebate看似很简单，只需要输入order number就可以了，但是有很
高的概率被拒绝，显示为“invalid”，有时还会收到纸质信件，说什么材料不齐。这
时不必慌张，有两个方法可以很快拿到Ｒｅｂａｔｅ：
１． 在它的easy rebate网上contact us那里submit一个message（不用online chat
，好像经常没人值班，也很慢），填写必要信息：姓名，地址，tracking number等，
连文字解释都不用（我试图输入很长的解释，结果提交不了，说太长，缩短到一句话好
像都不行，最后干脆空白了）。然后就等着回复就好了。它说是２天回复，其实是会５
天回复。回复必然是告诉你何时把你的visa gc寄给你，rebate没有问题。
２． staples的rebate是外包给一家叫Parago的专门做rebate服务的公司的，打他家
客服也可以马上解决问题。
以上两种方法是网上有人提到的，本人亲自试过第一种，非常有效。总体来说，
staples的esay rebate还是比较靠谱的。 |

per product per household。这是说每一户总共只能做5个rebate（不管牙刷种类）
，还是说每一种电动牙刷每户可以做5个rebate，如果买6种电动牙刷，总共就能做6x5=
30个rebate？

扔在改进中:

并添加了显示方式:
第一个价格是final price,如果不确定,会用strike表示
第二个价格,如果被strie,就是list price/price before rebate,如果没有被strike,就

discount的标识,加了Mail in rebate, instant discount和optional saving
optional saving是可能的bundle/package rebate/deal.
加了分类,比较重要的分类都有了,很方便
速度略有提升---这个没有办法的事情,很多人抱怨说速度太慢,而且网站经常连不上,现在
的主机空间是一老印的,很烂,打电话也没用,态度很差.争取3个星期内转移 |

赚钱了。估计很多人会象我一样，损失$30了。

之前Chem的帖子说她提供最多60%的rebate，我很好奇，然后她说 you get what you
paid for，如果我理解没有错的话，就是rebate越大得到的服务就相对要小。
这其实很正常和容易理解，如果一个agent她/他对所有客服都提供一个fixed 的rebate
，反而不合理。 有些年轻的客户可以可以自己上网找盘，只有agent带去和写offer，
rebate当然可以大一点，因为agent确实省了很多功夫。
但是如果一些年纪比较大，不会自己找，要每次靠你帮他/她找房子，你会提供一样的
rebate吗？当然啦，你可能也会说可以。
情景兑换一下，如果我是agent的话，我会把rebate少的客户放在优先考虑和服务。这
是私心，但是实话。

破层层关卡，求着律师帮忙。有刚出道的给70%，因为他最需要的是经验。而经验靠的
是每个deal的堆积，不光是年头。一个好的Agent就是靠别人的经验和自己的错误作起
来的。
有个客人没事总发短信问我，这个房子如何，那个怎么样？我好事，一查他的Agent，
一年作一单，五年作两单。
经常有刚拿到license的Agent和我联系，求建议。我说你不慌着进小公司。大的公司像
Coldwell Banker虽然收费高，但他们能Training得起，课程系统，你在里面混两年再
说。反正头两年生意清淡，也不怕高收费。我刚拿证的朋友听他的老师说RE/MAX是最不
New Starters friendly的公司，也事实如此。
去年，因为我的广告上有Rebate, 经常有客人打电话，问70%作不作？我说作不了，
Manager会把我生吞活剥。但我知道谁能作，你可以去找。去了千万别说是我介绍的，
因为按行业规矩，有20%到25%的介绍费。他给你70%，再给我20%，这生意就作不得了。

正常情况下，agent 和 buyer都希望rebate通过escrow。因为那样既清楚又不用交税。
但放多少和closing cost,lender 有关。就象rainhard说的，一般不能超过closing
cost或者说只是closing cost 的一部分（这个要问lender，让lender同意）。剩下的
可以象rainhard说的那样有1，2，3种option.（请看下边rainhard的帖子）。
所以进了escrow，请loan broker说清楚，buyer agent 最多可以放多少buyer credit
在里边。都包括什么，不包括什么。就把能放的都放进去。剩下的，我感觉在escrow开
个account最划算。不过这个account好像也得lender同意。所以这时你的loan agent满
重要，需要去和lender沟通。
我们就是因为没提前搞清楚，又碰上不好的agent。现在弄的很麻烦，不过还好，我们
有证据，只是需要多做几步，把属于自己的钱要回来。

其次找优秀但rebate给的少的。
个人观点，不要找rebate给得极高的。我自己算过帐，rebate给得很高，按正常的交易
速度下（rebate给的极高，基本意味着他如果不给或少给Rebate的话，年交易量是远低
于平均水平的，否则没人会这样做），这个经纪人几乎很难赚到钱，那么他唯一的途径
就是加快交易速度。这对客户不是一件好事。

不得不让agent赚钱，这其实是一个误区，试想假如你是一个agent,你应该怎么决定给
不给rebate,给多少rebate?
首先最好的agent通常不给rebate。一般的agent给rebate, 前提是他们自己也要赚钱，
通常买新房或者买方市场的时候比较常见，因为情况相对简单。如果像现在这样卖方市
场，很多个offer下去都没有动静，不会好的agent愿意花很多时间来赚这个打折的

利率的话，一个基本的原则就是，高的利率可以拿高的rebate，低的利率rebate就少。
风险是如果现在拿了一个高利率，将来会有利率下不来的风险，也许就做不了
refinance了，这也就是您所说的“后期风险”。

canon rebate看着像是第三方处理的，不知道他们为什么故意找茬
其实快点处理canon给钱就是了，他们也省事
也许canon有policy连续几个rebate的话canon要audit一下

发帖数: 128 | 46 我记得以前看过一个帖子，也是关于dealer要求退graduate rebate的，后来不知道是怎么处理
的，有懂的来回一下吧。但是一般的graduate rebate确实是需要US accredited 4-year
school，你仔细看看你的车条款，看符不符合条件。
如果实在$1000的rebate你不符合，可以考虑，1是让他们想别的办法降价，2是退车，3是实在不行
的情况下，看能不能来个补偿，比如包几年的换油，service，unlimited洗车啥的。还有，如果
你还在学校，可以找学校的legal service部门咨询一下，都是免费的。总体来说，这里还是保护
弱势方的，把你的情况讲一下，看他们建议怎么办，毕竟我们在这里的都不专业。
总之，买车本身是件开心的事，不用太在意了，该交涉交涉，但是不要太影响心情，该怎么着怎么
着。

We purchased a 2012 camry LE at the OTD price of 22800 in Maryland on 12-11-
2011.
Recently I read some articles here and I applied the Tweeter Rebates and the
Edmunds rebates and I did get the email coupons.
I found that the Edmunds Rebate need to be applied BEFORE purchasing the car
, and the Tweeter Rebate need to purchase the car between 12-12-2011 to 1-3-
2012. This means that we cann't get any of the two rebates.

个camry。
我知道student/graduate discount $1000, 也看见了板上很多人提到edmunds 的500刀
mail-in rebate。 我去edmunds网站上却始终没有找到这条消息以及怎么用？是不是
这个rebate过期了？
如果可以用这个rebate的话，买了车，把什么材料寄给edmunds？ 还是Edmunds出具材
料寄给toyota？还是dealer知道这个rebate，他们给我出具表格，告诉我如何使用这个
rebate？
已经跟几个dealer问过价钱了，他们都让我明后天去看一下车。本来想打电话给
edmunds问的，可是他们工作时间是到 周一-周五的下午4:00。
希望板上的大侠能告知一二。 非常感谢！

但是如果dealer的价格已经包括rebate了呢？即使dealer耍小聪明没算rebate，现场去
压价dealer说已经包括rebate你也没办法不是？

如果觉得不合理，可以参考任何有rebate的东西，都是先全价付税，然后再要rebate。
汽车rebate只不过是不用自己去要rebate罢了。 |
