I realised @GaetanBurgio probably means Lane9 was WT and Lane 10 was H2O. If
that's the case, top bands are expected PCR products and bottom bands are
dimerised primers. This makes more sense.
And I still think it's too soon to say the smaller bands are deletions from
NgAgo without T7E1 or sequencing. |

die. I also read the book afterwards, which is quite different from the the
movie.
Just realise that "The Call of the Wild" is one of Jack London's classics. I
will give it a go later on.
