public annoucement for every stock owned? I mean READ, not quick glance? How
valuable you think it will help?
My personnel experience is it helps. Even under abnormal market, I can still
manage minimum 30-35% return per annum in the last two years. However, the
downside is obvious, I can't do many trades as a lot of fans here.

I found Al Brooks Bar by Bar is the most helpful. Although most of people
hate it to death. the written is poor, but the concept is great! I am in the third reading. |

发帖数: 2586 | 7 看了一个月的SFR/Town house了，各方面也都看了些 （学区，犯罪率，平均收入）， 几天下来 Reading, Burlington, Wakefield, Waltham 各有一个看中的, 我工作的地方在 Lexington 和 Waltham交界处 （Rt 2旁边），所以Waltham肯定最方便，但是学区比较差，剩下Reading, Burlington, Wakefield的差不多算做中上, 差不多开车20分钟下班。
对我来说学区倒不是很重要，但是毕竟担心将来保值的问题，想问一下版上各
位觉得哪个区容易保值，或者方便将来出租？ 多谢！ |

Cheter county 的我熟。可以找Upper Uwchlan or Uwchlan township 在I-76附近的。环境
好，方便，学区还行。Chester spring 也不错，就是离核电厂近。
现在房价掉，三四十万可以买不错的房子。 |
