第一次也是under review 但是没说时间 第二次说waiting to be reviewed by
ajudication officer
infopass也是in the queue to be reviewed |

，点进去看到这样一句：Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production！My case
status也变成：New Card Is Being Produced
