razor clam recipe
昨天跟朋友学的，做法很简单，味道却是极好的。
剃刀蛏洗净，我的这些是昨天吃剩的，在太平洋海水里已经泡了两天两夜，沙子已经吐
的非常干净了。吐沙子这道工序不可缺少，因为剃刀蛏终年生活在细沙之中，每日吞吞
吐吐的都是沙子。除非有嗉子，需要沙子来帮助消化，否则最好带回一些海水，然后静
置一天。
水烧开后，放入剃刀蛏。紧闭的双壳马上分开，肉壳脱离如图。煮的时间自己掌握，喜
欢鲜的就短一点。我是两分钟就捞出来，一点腥味都没有，肉还很嫩。
调料按白灼虾的来，我朋友放的酱油，葱丝，醋还有一点油。蘸起来吃味道鲜美无比，
打字到此我口水又流出来了。 |

drinks. The green tea drink in a can or glass bottle. They usually cost $0.
99 for the cans and little more for the bottles. I checked west coast and
east coast weekly ads and they are now all for $1 for 2.
The glass bottles taste better in than the cans.
