按照现行移民法，即使是绿卡人士，使用假证件也是可以被遣返的犯罪行为。当然，第
九联邦巡回法庭有不同意见，他们认为只要目的是为了工作需要而使用假证件不足以达
到遣返标准。她一直没有被遣返只不过是奥巴马对她们网开一面而以。用假证件看似没
有什么严重危害社会安全的行为，但对被盗用证件的人对造成极大的影响。美国是一个
信用社会，自己的信用记录被犯罪分子毁了会影响人的一生。如果违法行为不能得到惩
