献也不在其下吧。
做x-ray的都知道，膜蛋白比水溶蛋白更高大上，更容易找工作，更哗众取宠一些。感
觉膜蛋白x-ray领域是把结构生物学技术工人的特点发挥到了极致，根本就不需要做什
么biology就能发好文章。不像搞水溶蛋白的，要补不少功能试验才能说个好的故事。
现在电镜出来，跟周围膜蛋白的同行们聊天，真的是都很有危机感，怨声载道。那些个
大膜蛋白，大膜蛋白复合物10几年拿不到好的晶体。现在尼玛电镜半年搞定，而且分辨
率还很高。x-ray的领地以后看来还是回归到各种水溶蛋白复合物，及各种需要高分辨
率结构的药物靶点蛋白。毕竟搞功能的同志们经常能鉴定出一些新的相互作用，x-ray
仍然可以大展身手。膜蛋白x-ray领域真的是兴盛了很短的时间就要退出舞台了，感慨
啊。。。 |

如果X-ray在另外一个房间，中间隔一面普通墙（没有针对X-ray做任何加强），X-ray
对一强之隔的人有多大影响？
X-ray应该是有方向的（如果错了，请纠正），如果不被直接照射，房间内是否还是存
在反射光源？对人有多大影响？

去年9月底的样子有些感冒，咳嗽。一段时间后，咳嗽基本好了，但是一直还有点小咳
，会有一点浓痰咳出，不多，淡黄色或浅灰棕色，由于有时右胸上面有时感觉不适，12
月看了医生，做了x-ray，气管里有些阴影，但肺部没问题。医生让自己观察会
不会好。现在基本不咳嗽了，可是每天还是会有一两次咳出一些痰。问医生，医生让再
去做x-ray，这么短时间又去做，我有些迟疑，但是不弄清楚也担心会出什么其他问题
。请教一下，这种情况会自愈吗？有没有必要再去做一次x-ray？谢谢了！

牙医说如果不做X-ray就不能确定有没有肉眼没法直接观察到的牙齿之间潜在的cavity
，如果确定实在不想做X-ray可以先把现在能看见的地方补了，但是等生完还是要彻底
做X-ray再重新检查一遍，万一有之前没发现的地方还得把补的拆了再重新fill。
我ob是那种神经比较大条的那种，好像没啥不可以的。我倒期望着ob的回复是不能用麻
药不能X-ray呢。 |

看了大夫，没有查出任何问题，就说是VIRUS。 宝宝温度一直在100F左右。可昨天晚上
有点厉害，升到了102—103F.吃了退烧药。今天有去看了大夫。 大夫看了，说嗓子耳
朵没事，听了肺，也没听出来什么。验尿等了2个小时宝宝也没有尿， 验血扎了半天也
没有找到血管。心疼死了。大夫于是说那就做X-RAY吧。心里没有底，宝宝只有19个月
，受了这么多罪，都没有查出什么。想知道这个X-RAY必须吗？网上查了一下，还是多
少有点RADIATION的，而且做的时候没有SHIELDING，虽然只是CHEST X-RAY，可还是担
心会对孩子有不好的影响。是不是该再等等呢？ 有这么小的宝宝做X-RAY的吗？ 都
SHIELDED吗？知道早产儿都做X_RAY，但也看了去年NY报道有辐射。不知道怎么办了？

近来发现宝宝宝宝左腿弯曲时，膝盖骨突出成很明显的尖角，走路也看着左腿没力，是
不是骨折了。右腿走路，腿有弯曲，但左腿好像总是只是跟着走，而且总是直的走，没
有弯曲。宝宝一岁半还没到，也没能说到底在daycare是不是碰到什么或摔了。
刚刚去了urgent care, 说要照x-ray,而且是要照整条腿，被告知因为是照整条腿，所
以小JJ不能盖住，要碰到x-ray了，我很害怕，要求只照膝盖，结果被告知要签字，因
为医生说要照整条腿，我个人要求只照膝盖
我是不是太过多虑了？可我总觉得没有必要照大腿的，这样就可以盖住小JJ了，在X-
ray下，也可以露的小点。 |

发帖数: 37 | 46 怀孕27周，10年前补的一颗牙上周四又闹起来，疼得夜里睡不好觉。上周五牙医说坏牙
上有两个洞，他schedule上最近的空是今天，补上就行，不需要吃药。可当天晚上就开
始发炎，半边脸都肿起来了。被折磨了几天，从昨天开始肿开始消了，牙也没那么疼了。
结果刚刚从诊所回来，牙医一看肿了，就说不能现在处理，要先消炎，开了盘尼西林（
青霉素）。我们问了好多遍不吃药能不能自己消炎，牙医说虽然炎症消了点，但很可能
再恶化，不能反复感染，一定要吃药，而且他不能确定牙具体哪里出了问题，推荐我们
做X-ray,说对身体辐射量很小。
我和老公非常担心对宝宝不好，和牙医商量了很久，最后他还是坚持要吃青霉素一个星
期，下周三再去看。最坏的结果是如果还没有消炎就要做X-ray，弄清楚哪里有问题，
再对牙进行处理。之后还找我们要OB的联系方式，要说服她允许我做X-ray...
有没有类似经历的姐妹，帮忙出出主意，真得不想吃抗生素，照X-ray. |

医说是正常的
周日早上又是干呕 然后中午喂了苹果（就是生苹果 挖成泥喂的）睡了一觉 起来吃过
奶之后就狂吐
一个小时内 吐了3次 怕她脱水 就喂了点水 又都给吐出来了 很多粘稠物 还有黄色
怕是胃液 就赶快去了急诊
等了很久 医生检查也没检查出什么 建议做个x-ray 我想了想还是拒绝了 然后医生给
喂了药 说如果吃了要还是吐就一定要做x-ray
所幸 宝宝吃过药 没有再吐了 之后喝了pedialyte 一个小时给喂了奶
第二天还是去了儿医 跟他说了整个情况 儿医说没必要去做x-ray 让喝流质食物 （就
是奶吧？）让回家观察
这几天 辅食也不敢上了 我也不敢多喂 大概每次就是4oz左右 可她还是干呕 倒是没
吐 可看她总是干呕 应该也挺难受的
请问宝妈 有谁知道总是干呕这是怎么回事呢？ 到底有没有必要去做x-ray |

问题再做X-ray。她说有些医生不愿deal with non-cooperating children所以才做x-
ray。挑了一个不用X-ray的office给闺女checkup.

发帖数: 2994 | 50 头年有一篇新的观测文章说是小儿脑瘤根照牙科X-RAY的频率跟照的年龄有关系。不记
得具体记得文章杂志了，也是只看了个摘要。我的理解，既然怀孕的时候孕妇是不能照
X-RAY的以保护胎儿，那么儿童作为胎儿的延续阶段，细胞还是应该对X-RAY比成人敏感
的，所以我觉得能不照还是不照。还有我觉得牙齿不影响咀嚼功能影响外貌的话，没有
必要弄得从头到脚的完美，平时保护好牙齿不出洞，长不齐带个牙套就行了，实在是横
着长孩子痛或影响孩子自尊心那就没办法了再照。
我很喜欢你的科普系列，但是这个X-RAY 我还是保留牙盲的意见。 |
