牙医诊所每年给我照一次 X-RAY， 完全是为了多赚钱， 向保险公司多charge钱.
你要是不想让他们赚钱，可以不照。自己和牙医说你不要照x-ray，如果自己有了肉眼
看不见的cavity没能尽早通过x-ray发现而烂了牙齿，自己负责。顺便让牙医document
在你的Profile里面说你自愿不要照xray，以免日后被起诉。 |

甚至实验室里面有8层200Gb的了
当然这个是题外话
Blue ray rom今年7月份制定了1.0版本，确定了物理层面的规格
9月份要制定所采用的视频codec
现在来看，总体码流是54M/s
视频占用40M/s 最多
MPEG2肯定是要用的，因为要考虑到录制播放HDTV的TS流的问题
压缩比更加高的视频codec肯定也是要的
最优异的看来是H.264/AVC FRExt ，是否采用VC9（M$的wm9），
对于blue ray阵营来说，主要是政治上的考虑。

能吃。而不是括弧就是奶吧，扯淡啊，流质食物怎么就等于奶了。医生让你照x-ray那
就是very much you should 照x ray。那东西伤害性没那么大（无知啊），那东西要想
有伤害要反复treat，比如在你卧室隔壁的人家放一台x-ray在工作，才有可能影响你。
医生不可能说强迫你做x-ray的。医生虽然在跟你商量，但是也不会乱讲话。你以为跟
你商量就是让你定夺吗？那是免责，各方面的。真要耽误了病情，人家从道德到规则都
毫无错误，而你一个门外汉居然就决定要不要给做x-ray了，在国内通常是年轻医生问
主任，主任决定做不做，什么时候轮到你决定做不做了呢。。。。你娃真倒霉。讲科学

体检时TST结果大于５mm，按照６９３说明需要做X－RAY。X－RAY结果正常，当时体检
大夫附了一个LETTER来说明一切正常，但并没有一并提交X－YAY照片和照片报告。
USCIS说不接受这个LETTER。
紧问大家三个问题：
１ 这个full and formal chest x－ray report具体是什么？
２ 这个report在当初的体检医生哪儿能找到么？
３ ４８５做过X－RAY的朋友能不能分享一下在提交６９３时都交了那些文件？

发帖数: 21 | 47 潜水多年，获益良多。今天拿体检X-ray结果时，跟医生聊了几句，居然发现些版上没
看到的东西，特来分享（当然，也可能是看帖太马虎，漏掉了……）。
Pjiang文学城的博客上说：大部分大陆来的同学TB皮试阳性，但X-ray一切正常。我也
符合这个规律，TB皮试肿得像小山一样，X-ray一点事情没有。感觉这个TB皮试在系统
性的“误诊”，就问了一下医生。医生说：TB皮试检测的不是你带不带结核菌，而是你
接触过（exposed to）结核菌没有（严重怀疑是测你有没有结核菌抗体）。这样就解释
通了。估计大陆来的同学，大部分像我一样，打过结核菌疫苗。虽然疫苗里是死的结核
菌，但也是结核菌啊。打了疫苗就接触了结核菌，TB测试当然会是阳性，除非你疫苗接
种失败。所以，对打过结核菌疫苗的同学，TB测试没有意义，可以直接要求医生照X-
ray。Pjiang的博客说，USCIS 可能会RFE 来要 TB 结果，所以他的建议是，如果明知
TB会阳性，就TB和X-ray一起做，可以少跑一趟，省两天时间。 |
