能从几个失败者中吸取经验。贝胖，Leo和加卧是后鸟时候的失败者，比较一下可以发
现具
备以下特点的主教练在国米必定失败。
1, 过于固执，不接受改变。典型 贝胖和加卧
贝胖的sb训练法把国米球员基本上连废了一圈，结果还说是球员自己的问题。加卧的3
后卫
每场比赛被爆菊，竟然还说是球员不能领悟战术的精髓。这些刚愎自用的特点注定无法
在国
米立足！相比而言，Leo还算好，至少赛季后半阶段一改之前的战术打了几场保守的比
赛。
2，战术不切实际，完全不适合国米的球员。典型 贝胖，Leo和加卧
贝胖和Leo基本上把国米当成巴萨来带，中路派上多名重攻轻守的球员，导致防守崩溃
，经
常被灌很多球。加卧则把国米当成只需单线作战的热那亚来带，完全不考虑国米几位大
爷的
跑动能力，结果怎样大家也都看到了。。。

我其实很怀疑上赛季中段和这赛季之前几场比赛是不是有球员放水的嫌疑。球员对这两

国米近几场比赛失利基本上都和Chivu有直接关系，动不动就失位或者失误。
Milito身体条件严重下滑，很多动作做不出来，直接导致心态失衡，进一步影响他的表
现。这种情况下的前锋基本上就没有重新找回过状态，比如巴蒂，比如Vieri
不知道Ranieri怎么想的，还是重用这两个人，都是输球，上年轻人好歹还能积累点经
验，上老头只会增加更衣室的矛盾 |
