美国海军一艘导弹驱逐舰星期一（2019年1月7日）进入了中国声称拥有主权的西沙群岛
领海，挑战美国所说的北京对这一主权有争议海域“过分的海权主张”。
路透社和美国华尔街日报引述美国军方官员的话说，麦康贝尓号导弹驱逐舰(USS
McCampbell)星期一在帕拉塞尔群岛，也就是中国所说的西沙群岛，实施了一次航行自
由行动，期间进入了距离中国所称的赵述岛(Tree Island)、东岛(Lincoln Island)和
永兴岛(Woody Island)12海里以内的海域。美军太平洋舰队一位发言人说，这次航行的
目的是挑战过分的海权主张，依照国际法保存这一航道的畅通。
中国外交部星期一表示，美国在南中国海的行为违法，并敦促美方停止这类行动。
2018年5月27日，美国海军两艘军舰也驶入同一海域，实施航行自由行动，引发中国强
烈反弹。中国官媒当时称，美国在这个海域“挑衅空前升级”，中国也应提升对抗等级
，让美国知难而退。

真菌的威胁。这种真菌以前局限于亚洲和澳大利亚的部分地区，也被称为香蕉巴拿马病
，现在也出现在中东和南亚更多地区。
目前，这种真菌已经蔓延到拉丁美洲。这正是专家们所担心的，这可能会对全球市场造
成灾难性的影响，因为那里种植了大多数卡文迪什香蕉。据了解，8月初，哥伦比亚农

集微网消息，据金融时报，美国政府正设法说服台湾限制台积电替华为制造芯片，同时
也希望台湾加强管制对中国大陆的科技输出，以便能够堵上美国对华为出口管制禁令的
一大缺口。
金融时报引述未具名人士的话指出，过去一年间，美国不断要求台湾管制台积电销售芯
片给华为。
上个月，一位美方官员在华盛顿向台湾人员表示，台积电为华为制造的芯片被直接用在
瞄准台湾的导弹之上，以如此的论述来“暗喻”台积电供货给华为的风险。
金融时报说，美国此举意在堵住美国对华为出口管制禁令的漏洞，一面为了确保美国国
防工业的供货，一面也阻止中国科技力量崛起。美国针对有国家安全疑虑的芯片，已经
禁止美国公司销售给华为。
此前，由于美国把华为列入出口管制的黑名单，台积电对华为的出口因而增加，金融时
