目标已经非常接近，非常感谢大家！我们和千千父母商量了，达到目标之后，我们不会
再每天更新和作宣传。如果有捐款仍然欢迎，因为千千父母还借了20万RMB的外债来凑
足手术费，也许可以帮助他们减轻一点日后的生活压力。但是千千父母已经非常感恩，
即使他们背了一身债，但是在大家的帮助下，可以让千千得到治疗，他们已经很欣慰了。
孩子预计8月中到达美国进行治疗.
万分感谢大家的祝福和捐赠,离目标相当接近了,言语有不当之处尽请原谅.这两天事情比较多,没有及时发包子,已经补上.

用不上啊？
而且这里买的self-raising里ｓｏｄａ 太多就是用来做pancake也每次要用cream of
tartar来中和。作出的pancake/waffer口感会比较fluffy， 不喜欢。
不知道大家买来是做啥比较好啊？

$370k. Later on the appraisal came out as $390K. Then the bank insisted to
raise the price to $390K. Since the contract addendum on REO basically says
the bank will have no responsibility if they choose not to close. The buyer
had to agree and closed at that raised price, given the cost on search,
inspection, appraisal etc have become sunk cost. Gee, I did not know that
bank does this! |

考虑用这种block搭raised bed, 一层的话8inch高，是不是种根浅的青菜什么的就够了
呀？
有没有人用过呢？ 砖和砖之间不知道是不是需要用motar, 还是就拼在一起就可以了？ |

ranch就是穷矮矬。可事实是，大多数房子都掉到中间，就不好说了。
传统colonial应该是四层，attic，1st floor，ground floor和basement。卧室在是F1
，ground floor应该完全高于地面，层高至少9尺，有formal dining和living，厨房要
隔开。
Raised ranch就两层，没有attic或者有当低矮（最高处不到5尺），有时下层低于地面
。没有地下室，或者地下做living space。待客的那一层，层高不到7尺。 |

网上搜一下吧，据说买了用了，肌肉卡，有的会被砍单，关账户什么的
如买Raise的卡，应该马上用掉，或者买什么东西，退回去成store Credit
大家还是 小心为好，省小钱，有时麻烦。 |
