.Net is good for small to medium size enterprise application
PHP, ASP is good for websites that do not need a lot of backend integration
and interface with other site.
Ruby on Rails is good for beginner who want to learn and compose a site in
the shortest time.
.cgi is good for site need the best performance.
Cold Fusion is easier than PHP and ASP but not as good.

这个community叫18 park，只建好1年多，非常新，stainless电器，洗衣机和烘干机就
在apt里。
(可以check他们家的网站18park.com)
街边就是light rail (Marin Blvd)站，也靠近grove PATH站。或者坐轻轨到exchange
pl转PATH也很方便，15分钟左右到WTC。
楼下也有小超市，非常方便。
1b/1b lease到明年9月结束。价格是2475每月，包水。因为是lease transfer，
leasing office要check credit这些。
客厅和卧室一样大，所以两人合租也是可以的。
现在就available，因为一些变动所以急着要搬家，愿意转租时多付500。

似乎买Italy Rail Pass完全没有必要。
我们基本上准备去四个城市，7天：
Milan, Venice, Rome, and Turin
是不是只要当时买point-to-point票就够了？
会不会要排很长的队？
另外，我们在kayak上看到rome到milan的机票只要$38一个人，
$38 Ryanair CIA 8:50p BGY 9:50p 1h 00m nonstop
这也太划算了，可以买么？有没有什么trick？这个比火车便宜好多啊，还快。
最后如果想订好一点的hotel的话，除了booking.com和Expedia的话，还有没有什么好
工具？

我在New Jersey的Jersey City，前几天儿子学校去field trip，换了个包，所以忘了
带monthly pass，坐light rail的时候查票被拦了下来，写了单下周五要上court，想
问一下上court的时候要不要认guilty?
我自己是这样考虑的，虽然我真的买了月票，但当时确实没带在身上，应该就是属于“
failture to display proof of payment upon request"，应该就是guilty了，所以我
倾向于承认guilty，但不知道认guilty、交罚款以后会不会影响留下什么纪录、影响
credit history之类的，于是有点纠结，到底要不要认guilty.....
