shell, it's basically a ER doctor drives through a narrow hilly road to work
with frequent road rage against cyclist. He was well known for it. In one
incident, he hit the brakes hard on purpose and one cyclist crashed into his
rear windown and one flew over his car and landed in the road.
The verdict came out couple of days ago. Guilty on all 6 counts. Possible 5-
10 years of jail time.

我在那种rebate表上写了，如果能upgrade就拿走第二张check，如果不能就把第二张
check撕了。
最后2根rage都跟我换成了avid。
不过我现在avid也使不惯了。

译出上一本书以后，由于暂时没有适合翻译的新书，我开始给自己放假：每
天坐在厨房的录音机旁，边听磁带边看电子书。三天前，随便拿出一盘《美国乡
村音乐系列情歌》（The best of country & western Vol.2），A面的第一首是
节奏轻快的《神龙帕夫》（Puff, the Magic Dragon）。这首歌我不知听过多少
次了，却从没有注意过歌词的内容。于是，我拿起磁带的歌片，看了看它的歌词。
然后，我被歌词的内容迷住了——我不能完全看懂它的象征意味，这反而让它显
得更加迷人。我想，这绝不是普通的流行歌曲，一定在西方或者说美英文化生活
中留下过印记。为了求证这一点，我必须上网。
我打开电脑，连上网络，在百度百科中发现了一篇谈论《神龙帕夫》的文章：
“‘有歌评这样说：这首歌主要是谈小孩子长大的过程，及对环境的感受。
歌词中的Puff实为一虚构的奇异龙，用此来影射孩子小时侯很喜欢小玩具，长大
后就把奇异龙甩掉，因为孩子已慢慢长大，对这种虚构的东西已不再有兴趣了’。

1. 在诺兰近几年的作品里，这片的水准，我觉得和Inception在一个水平线上。整体上
不如TDK,当然远好于TDKR。考虑到太空探索-虫洞-时空穿越的题材和整部片的野心和规
模，当世仍活跃的导演里，恐怕还真没几个人能达到诺兰最后呈现出来的高度。执导相
似的题材，卡梅隆也许能胜出，不过估计得花上20年。老雷是另外一个候选人。剩下几
个科幻片大拿里，斯基姐弟和吉列姆的状态都很糟糕，就不用考虑了。
2. 剧情基本上是2001，Frequency和十二只猴子的混合版。鉴于咱版上最不缺的就是剧
情/逻辑/硬伤党，细节就不讨论了。对于初版剧本的改动很自然。要把涉及到如此众多
的线索和各方人物的初版剧本塞到2-3个小时里，只能是支离破碎东一榔头西一棒槌把观
众看得莫名其妙。注意这是个原创的剧本，没有原著或者漫画的粉丝支持，剧情必须要
突出主线，砍掉各种枝节。不客气的说，原来Jonathan的那个剧本大概是给电视剧准备
的，电影根本没法拍。
3. 演员。
马修的演技没话说，口音问题komakoma提到了，我多说两句。马修这个独特的德州口音
