标 题: 我们的家常菜 （长贴海量图，打开会有点慢）

已经有两年半没来food版了，以前的版友还在玩的已经很少了
最近在微薄分享的几个家常菜和一些实用的小tip，得到不少朋友、网友很好的反馈，
一些厨房新手都复制成功，我非常非常开心，甚至比自己做好还要开心！因此，想上来
和更多的人分享。
我的微薄是@小捷小婕，在标签“我们的家常菜”下，有我分享的一些食谱和做菜小窍
门。写的比较罗嗦，是希望把原理解释清楚，操作起来其实并不复杂。
这些年做菜已经从追求fancy和形似，转到追求扎实的基本功，重视细节，因为发现一个
菜的成败往往是细节决定的。比如牛肉、鸡胸肉、虾仁怎么切怎么预处理怎么上浆、用
什么样的油温才会滑嫩。
在这里先按时间顺序倒序贴一些今年和去年做的菜，具体的菜谱大家可以从微薄中寻找。

曾几何时我们高傲矜持的女同胞，放下了她们的骄傲和矜持，只要看见个外国人就像苍
蝇见了屎一样，扑上去跪舔，脱裤子张开腿任对方蹂躏。而老外们在免费的**面前，当
然自信心爆棚。夜夜做新郎。哪怕自身条件再烂，他们也可以毫无自惭形秽的上去勾搭
，而且成功的几率貌似不低。
作为一个有血性的中国人，看到这些我如坐针毡。以前看到的时候，除了愤怒，还是愤
怒，我不知道我能做些什么来改善这种状况。我曾经一度安慰自己，这些只是少数人的
行为，他们不能代表整个中国女人。
但是最近当我在大街上亲眼见到老外搭讪国女时，我从那个家伙的眼里看到了那种轻佻
的态度，那种放松自信爆棚的做派。似乎他们对于自己的搭讪是否成功充满了信心。
他们根本没有那种局促感，仿佛跟国女搭讪，是一种恩赏。
当然这一期让我突然意识到，也许那些个被他勾搭的女人确实是烂人，烂到了比妓女还
不如的地步，因为妓女好歹要收钱，而这些外发女人不要钱。可是对于那些个老外来说
，他们不会认为这只是那些个女人的问题，他们只会想：

曾几何时我们高傲矜持的女同胞，放下了她们的骄傲和矜持，只要看见个外国人就像苍
蝇见了屎一样，扑上去跪舔，脱裤子张开腿任对方蹂躏。而老外们在免费的**面前，当
然自信心爆棚。夜夜做新郎。哪怕自身条件再烂，他们也可以毫无自惭形秽的上去勾搭
，而且成功的几率貌似不低。
作为一个有血性的中国人，看到这些我如坐针毡。以前看到的时候，除了愤怒，还是愤
怒，我不知道我能做些什么来改善这种状况。我曾经一度安慰自己，这些只是少数人的
行为，他们不能代表整个中国女人。
但是最近当我在大街上亲眼见到老外搭讪国女时，我从那个家伙的眼里看到了那种轻佻
的态度，那种放松自信爆棚的做派。似乎他们对于自己的搭讪是否成功充满了信心。
