版上朋友说可以试试把卡扣使劲怼怼
怼完之后原来的地方不漏了，旁边的开始漏了
而且还直接喷到发动机上了
没办法只能换了
看网上有人自己换的视频，看别人换的很轻松
于是order了一个Radiator自己换了
结果这个新的跟旧的孔不是那么配套
鼓捣半天，最后还是有一个螺丝上不了，只能将就了
然后水冲了几遍，换上冷却液
刚换完还有点微漏
跑了半个小时高速现在已经基本不漏了
后遗症就是现在腰酸背痛，手也疼
怪不得auto shop报价都那么高 |

分zone的。 放狗搜了一下， 说是这种系统老房子用得多， 效率比较高， 安静， 但
是要小心管道破裂。
有没有老大知道这种system 好还是坏。 现在比较常用的又是什么system. 如果想搞
一个分zone的 heating system, 是从头做一个好， 还是在这个基础上改造点什 比较
好？
关于空调， 它说是中央空调， 但是也不分zone的。 不知道找人来分个zone 是不是
很难 ？
屋盲，房子喜欢， 但是实在太老了， 都不知道动这种system可行否， 需要花多少钱
， 大概有个数才好出offer. 谢谢大家了。 |

你做实验时, 自己究竟受了多大剂量的辐射, 基本上是可知的(除非有事故).
所以你需要的, 是与你们实验室管安全的人,或者你老板, 去谈这个问题,
而不是在这里问经验.
你应该就是希望听到有类似经历妈妈的正面结论, 好心安.
这个当然可以理解, 不过理性点考虑这个问题, 根据你受到
(或者完全没有受到)辐射的剂量, 去找一下经过多年研究得到的
统计结果, 难道不比这里几个人的特例(不管是正面还是反面的),
更有说服力? 这种事, 就算有影响, 也是小概率事件.
这里来个妈妈, 跟你说"我也是类似环境下怀孕的, 孩子一点事没有",
这个有用么?
要相信科学, 不要想太多. |

pretty noisy. In addition, there are computers in office everywhere. I just
wonder whether I need to wear anti-radiation skirt bought from China? I
heart some stories about this, someone said it's useful, but others said it'
s harmful. Is there anything I need to pay attention to?

文献上说10Gy single dose, about 100% cell death.
同样的cell line，CRO 做了 upto 50Gy/dose, 1 dose/day. After 3 days, the

basically, after 5years of training, you can go wherever you want, do
whatever you want.
very competitive though, most program only recruits a few each year, it is
more difficult to match than radilogy, most of successfully matched
residency have PHD degree.
if you really like it, give you some suggestions, you might be able to get
matched without a PHD
1, usmle score high
2,find a radiation oncology program, try to shadow an attending doctor there

工作，还是要承担责任的，尤其是和Radiation打交道。圈子较小，知道的人越来越多
，所以有一定的竞争性了。如果决定了，要早点动手准备。 |
