首先，rad到现在为止，book value依旧是负的。也就是说如这股票明天宣布自愿破产
重组，所有流通股股东立马血本乌龟。并且中期之内都会是负的。
rad长期低迷，是因为它的负债率极高。这个负债率这一两年基本没有变化。而且短期
未来依旧如此。
为什么会今年翻了五倍？
1。象它这么大盘的，可以用来炒作出英雄史诗般的turnaround故事的，到了今年已经
不多了。
2。它今年做过refinance, retire了一些近期的债务，使现金流面临枯竭的危机得以缓
解。并且开始赢利。近期debt是任何股票一点极死的死穴，short盘的冲锋枪。
3。一个股票过了四五块以后，会吸引更多的fund持有。
如果只以综合基本面而论，这一年这个股票撑死x2。
如果以经济数字，账本理论的角度来讲，这个股票一分钱不值。
但是因为这是股票。所以rad就是今天的rad. |

During my rad iv, pd told me that he had not interviewed any single IMG for
the last 4 years but since you got a Ph.D. here, we considered you to be
local.
Chair has a sheet:
(1) Why rads?
(2) Why this program?
(3) Why did you change from Ortho to rad?
(4) Who invented Xray? If you did not know the answer of this question, I do
not think that he would be very happy.

I sealed the film properly each time, but sometimes I found solution
evaporate at A12 to H12 (right side), I don't know why.
I prepared my plates on a well cooler and put on ice.
I got an email from Bio-rad Technical service below this morning(8/31/11 9;
22 am):
I just wanted to send you an update on the status of your CFX96 case.

现在人有点懵。这里都是见识广的，希望

看网上说3级只需定期检查，不需要手术。又担心医生诊断不准。
还没结婚，手术会对以后生孩子有影响吗？

improve I highly recommend: uninstall.
I used to suffer with it, it amazed me how many bugs and enormous annoyances
one product could have. I visited IBM forum almost every day when I used
RAD to find "solutions". Not to mention the time wasted while just staring
at screen to wait app server to restart.
Since we only need to debug servlet, Eclipse + Tomcat is enough. After setting it
up, I uninstalled RAD and live a happie |

，特别是边缘效应明显，A12--H12数据偏高，中间也有数据乱跳的现象。公司派了一个
Engineer检查，说产品合格，Lid压力偏低，可能导致Plate压不紧，液体挥发。建议更
换新的Lid， 可是地区Manager不同意，说完全合格。
只几天8/27，8/28 作8块plate,效果还是比较好，8/29连续2块Plate均不好，数据乱跳
。我们现在每次Run完，均需要让PCR shut down15 分钟再继续Run,可是还是很不稳定
，正是愁死我了。我们有大量临床Sample。
请教使用过Bio-rad CFX96 realtime PCR的朋友们，仪器不稳定的原因有哪些？如何解
决？我们3人操作绝对没有问题，以前使用Biorad-IQ5也有同样问题。 |

带宽单位到底是Hz(rad)还是bit/s？
计算机专业的人不学通信原理只学上层的计算机网络原理，计算机网络一般只研究信息
传输速率而不涉及通信原理中傅立叶变换功率谱密度那套东西，所以他们认为带宽单位
就是bit/s；通信专业的人学了通信原理，里面没完没了地研究传输信号功率谱或者频
谱的宽度，所以他们认为带宽的单位是Hz(rad)。
到底谁对？ |

发帖数: 618 | 21 需要买一台PCR 做 mRNA 和 microRNA expression. 以前一直都用 Applied biosystem
StepOnePlus™ PCR, 但是最近看到 Bio-Rad CFX96™ 不需要calibration
,但是StepOnePlus™ 是需要买calibration kit的。不知道哪个更好用呢？如果
两者性能相当，买 biorad 就一劳永逸了。
而且听sales 说， biorad 使用5个led 激发， steponeplus 只有一个蓝色led， 所以
做Multiplexing的话，是不是biorad 更好呢？ 而且应为多个LED，light path 也和
StepOnePlus™ PCR 不同，所以不用ROX 校准。真是这样吗？
另外在 biorad 上使用 taqman 的试剂会不会有问题呢？ 我看到Applied Biosystem
网站上有专门给BioRad CFX96™ 设计的试剂。

干嘛要这么密集。
不过我这个城市CVS特别多，距离也不是太远。还有不少WALGREENS，就是没有RAD. |
