和RA相关的知识，有一个很短的regulatory affairs intern,也有RAC certification
。我不介意职位是在公司、CRO还是医学研究机构，任何entry-level的RA position都
行，无奈投了许多都无回音,想通过networking cold contact相关的人也总是受阻。想
知道大家都是怎么跨进这一行的呢？一般都要先想办法进公司其他部门，跟人混熟了以

这篇文章算是今年年末的一个技术总结。谈谈技术圈一度的热门话题「去 IOE」这件事。
何谓 IOE ?
所谓 IOE 是个简称。是指以 IBM 、Oracle、EMC 为代表的小型机、集中式数据库和高
端存储的技术架构。其中 I 指 IBM p 系列小型机，操作系统是 AIX，IBM 专有的
Unix 系统；O 指 Oracle 数据库(RDBMS)；E 指 EMC 中高端 SAN 存储，曾经一度是
IT 企业很喜欢采用的技术架构。IOE 这个说法怎么来的? 据我所知应是来自阿里技术
团队内部的称谓，然后才在整个业界流传开来。如果你去问国外技术专家什么是 IOE，
对方肯定一头雾水。当然，随着国内案例逐渐被介绍到国外，或许某一天这个术语能输
出价值观也说不定。
在小型机领域，只有 IBM 这一家，独步武林；HP 当初把宝押在安腾上，算是早早退出
这个市场；Sun 日薄西山，SPARC 机器…那就更不必说了。另外，需要说明的是，IBM
也生产存储产品，但 IBM 的存储产品早期其实挺山寨，竞争不过 EMC ，而且有些用户

，你们能拿得出手的主攻有几个？强力接应有几个？人家靠普的功手，在10个左右。有
一位老辣的副攻还改打二传了呢。一位强悍而全面的主攻改打副攻，一位技术娴熟的副
攻改打接应。omg。 除了嫉妒，就是妒忌。还是说羡慕吧。可以这样说，这个队如果摆
出最强阵容，也许只有阵容整齐的fusion可以克制吧。不过今年新冒出来的CYC，据说
也是fusion level的。他们将是冲金牌组，最有力的球队。thunders虽然是去年的金牌
组亚军，我还是有点想看好RAC, 最强阵容的RAC, thunders能挡得住吗？估计两个队都
是对轰型的，就看谁先把谁轰倒。不过，还有一种观点，也许失误相对少得那个队，会

于闲下来了，写下来与大家共勉，希望对那些想从事dba但又徘徊在门里门外的兄弟们
有所帮助、有所启迪。
应聘dba职位到底需要多少经验：
很多人说没有经验找不上dba工作，当然很多单位在招聘dba时也确实明确提出至少需要
几年的工作经验，高端dba职位可能会有这样的要求，其实对我们绝大多数刚刚想转行
或者刚刚毕业想从事这个职业的新手来说，对从事dba这个职业所需要的知识储备远远
大于所谓的经验。dba职位对新手来说之所以不好找、找上了也不好干，其实最根本的
原因不在于没有经验，而在于大家的知识储备不够，很多人学习oracle的时间很短、有
的是自学了一段时间，有的是通过培训机构培训了一段时间，有的干脆背题库考了ocp
就想找dba工作，这都不现实，大家着急的心情可以理解，因为我也是从那个困难的时

don't know how helpful RAC is for job hunting as I consider RAC unofficial.
If you check the the job requirement for RA jobs, only a small percentage
of the job postings requires RAC, but almost all require RA relevant work
experience, many have specific requirement on particular areas like IND/NDA,
medical devices, CMC, etc. However,I don't know if there are convenient
ways to switch to RA. |

发帖数: 8492 | 14 游戏出之前，呼声很高，昨天玩了2个多小时，感觉EA真的是出了一个“四不像”产品
，各种游戏类型啥
都沾一点，却又啥都不精。
感觉融入了SLG,ACT,MUG,RAC,AVG等诸多游戏因素，可惜却玩起来却又都不是那么回事。
当ACT玩，主角的招式就那几种，翻来覆去的用，不过好在游戏不难，连我这样的ACT低
手都能顺利过
关。
当SLG玩，兵种又少，还只有三种命令，某种意义上更像是红警，经常出现那种坦克对
推得场景，豪无技
术可言。同时，也有点魔兽的因素，有所谓的“英雄”角色，可以带领小弟上场。
当RAC玩，简直就是折磨人。操控度烂的一塌糊涂，又没有路标，和人家赛车的时候，
经常被人家碰一下
就车头掉转，或者干脆掉到悬崖里面去了。玩一些RAC项目的时候，估计心里素质不好
的人会有砸机器的
冲动。
当MUG玩，很简单，ABXY四个键，几乎没有难度。
当AVG玩，有点类似于GTA，开车兜场景，到达指定地点接任务。好在任务还不算很难，
有的任务还比较
有趣。
总体来说，游戏性一般，好在故事情节还比较吸引人，背景的ROCK音乐也还算到位，再
加上一些比较有
趣的对话，至少还让我有玩下去的动力。 |

关于职业前景，据我所知RA被layoff的可能很小。一般大pharma裁人先是sales,然后就
是R&D,但是R&D 裁人主要是early research。Development部门的人其实不是很容易被
裁掉。我到目前做过两个的公司，都没有RA的人被裁掉。 当然，现在这间公司确是裁
掉了一个管理档案的工作人员，但是主要是因为现在FDA都实行electronic submission
,管理paper document的人本来也是多余的了。RA不容易被裁主要做RA都是靠实战经验
，一个产品一个产品做下来，5年，10年20年的经验值不可能同日而语。而这些经验是
不受therapeutic area限制的，也就是说作了肿瘤药的，也可以做心血管药.虽然具体
的项目不一样，但是工作的原则是一致的。而且很多人在长期和FDA打交道以后，对内
部的人员机构机制都很了解。这对于公司来说是无形的财富。
至于怎么进入这个行业，就我知道的大概有几个途径。一个就是我前面说的，从公司的

约有十几个DBA，没有RAC和ogg，使用active data guard。离我家大约1小时车程，机
会难得。到达面试地点之前一直在做激烈的思想斗争。放弃还是不放弃？这真是问题。
我是命令自己的两条腿往前走，脑子里想像着自己被人扔出来的样子。进入之后我被领
着做了短暂参观，然后被带进一个小会议室，几分钟之后进来3个DBA，正式开始对我狂
轰滥炸，前后约一个小时，全部是技术问题。前面是泛泛而谈，后面比较重视技术细节
和工作经验。我坚持了半个小时后开始感觉明显力不从心，尤其是工作经验部分，很简
单的问题也无法流畅表达。但是面试完了我还是很开心的，至少自己没有轻易放弃，也
算迈出了第一步。以下是我回忆的部分问题。

正的buttery！
rac mb tp least forgiving on off center hit，也许去driving range应该用这样的
杆。

I have been watching posts from pros like ET all the time.
ET suggested Taylormade RAC OS-2 for beginners. I have been playing a mix of
cheap iron clubs for more than a year. I broke 100 now, around low 90s. I
decided to award myself a good set of irons.( I have been playing Cleveland
Hiborne driver).
I read the review aboutn RAC OS-2. It seems that it is a nice set for
slicers coz it makes special compensation for most beginners who tend to
slice. My tendency is to hook the ball, though. |

You iron, Rac os2 is target to beginner, since beginner often slice the ball
. so I guess taylormade make the beginner iron more upright trying to
eliminate slice. If you look at the spec of some player's iron, such as R7
TP or rac MB TP, you will find out they are more flat. I falls into the
standard range too by looking at that chart. But a fitting session (Free in
a golf show) indicated I need 2 degree flat. I play a set of ping iron with |

taylormade:
rac: rac下面又细分好多款，少数几款还不错，但是作为新手购杆指南，在这里就通杀
了。
R11: R11的前任R9和R7都取得了巨大的成功，R11绝对的质量还是不错的，但是因为是
新款，所以价钱偏高，跟2位前任比，性价比不高。
Firesole，Burner Oversize，R5 XL：不解释了，就是不行。
Callaway:
S2H2,Big Bertha 2004款，1994款
Titleist:
DCI任何型号,over size的都不行。
PING:
作为PING的粉丝，我只能说，买PING吧，永远不会错。
而且PING是唯一一个没有把工厂移到中国去的牌子，所以淘宝上没有盗版。
PING的唯一缺点就是太丑了。不过最新的G25好看很多。S系列也不错。
Mizuno:
这个牌子太多中国人喜欢了，搞得我每次看到这个牌子就绕过，相信版上有很多专家能
提供更好的建议。
二线能买的款式：
ADAMS IDEA CMB/MB2，这2款都有很多好评，但是都是给高手用的，而一样的钱，高手
们会一般去买一线品牌。。。。。。所以2线还是悲剧。

For me:
a towel, some dampeners, overgrips, string savers, a wrist band, sunblock, sun glasses, hats, 2 or 3 tennis rackets, a set of extra shirt and shorts(If singles, two extra shirts), one pair of sandal. A small pliers for the broken strings.
Sometime, bananas and a bottle of powerade.Or maybe squash racs/badminton racs/swimming gears.

When you first come to a new rac, you will focus more on how it responds
when
you hit the ball. However for old rac there is 审美疲劳 and you lost
attention
in hitting.
Two solution.
1) try old and new one togather, keep focus on both of them
2) keep playing for while on the new one.

我发现，一个普遍情况，ABC的扣球力量普遍好于大陆出来的。哪位大拿分析一下原因
。多喝牛奶？ 牛肉？work out? 动作标准,利于发力？
那些身材，体型也就差不多，有的还不如大陆的，但是力量普遍猛！也就纽约队的C比
他们强点，那人家到底是专业出来的。RAC没有明星，就是没有那种力量大的扣手，如
果队员中有那么一两位，加上平时的配合训练，RAC的前途真是无可限量。 |

从目前情况看，由于他们在铜牌组弃权，只能放在第12的位置上，假如前12的队伍没有缺席的，这样D组就有Pitts, RAC, Daye。又一个死亡之组诞生了。
老将你不是还考虑明年我们两队人手紧，要联合组队吗？万万不可，那样就少掉一支队
，大爷队就会被移到11号位，分进我们所在的C组，那样我们就和 Fusion,Daye在一组
了，更恐怖。我们倒是可以我不入地狱，谁入地狱，问题是Fusion和Daye在一起，一山难容二虎，输掉的那个队不会连银牌组都弃权吧。
RAC可是蒸蒸日上，但任何一支准强队，都得经过死亡之组的磨砺，才能走向成熟。狂
流可是咱俩的老朋友了，咱无论如何得“帮这个忙”，给他们这个机会，人手再紧也要
拼死各自凑出一支队来，而且你明年千万别再叫ridgeren和hoyok,这样他俩可以加入
Boston队，最大限度地降低Boston缺席的可能性。

zero downtime for Oracle (single node or RAC) on moving to new SAN storage (
no matter same vendor or not) by using Oracle ASM.
Using Oracle ASM, the migration is as easy as first add new LUNs to ASM,
then drop old LUNs and it is done (some extra small steps to move OCR and
voting disk if it is RAC). ASM will take care of moving data from old LUNs
