motherhood和bru里面的竟都不觉得满意。想请教大家：
bra vs. cami
由于胸部需要support和为了随时喂奶，是不是nursing bra可以代替sleep bra和
nursing cami? 晚上睡觉穿nursing bra可以吗？nursing cami什么时候用得到？
wired vs. wireless bra
有钢圈的应该比没有的更supportive一些，但是有引发堵奶的危险，是不是应该放弃买
wired的想法，即使出了月子逛街也穿着wireless bra？
padded vs. fabric
罩杯要有棉垫的好，还是就两层布的好？只有布的可能会更舒服，但是感觉有棉垫的出
门会好一些？比如说里面放着nursing pad也不会从外观看出来，而只有布的可能会看
到一个形状？
前扣的， 后扣的 vs. racerback（无扣的）
前扣也有不会整个弹开的。后扣是最常见的。racerback作为无钢圈的bra应该是最

发帖数: 5232 | 2 要平时瞎混的，肯定是不要钢圈不要pad的最舒服。racerback主要是给溜肩的用着特别
好，肩带不会掉。
但是要上班，或者是穿好点的衣服，显身材那种，肯定是要有padding的好点。不然胸
前乱七八糟一堆（里面不是还有nursing pad）太影响市容了。 |

太松了，紧了又不舒服，我找找有没有racerback+前扣的，应该合用。但是要套头穿的
太痛苦了。 |

薄尼龙的弹性很好但是不舒适.还是厚棉稍带弹性的款式舒服多了而且装内衣袋里面机
洗一直也没变形. |

回到肩膀上。难道是我调的太松太长了？要不我肩膀有问题，没有啊，我的肩膀很宽很挺啊
有没有姐妹有类似问题，怎么解决？哪里有肩带设计好的，不然就是sport racerback?
