里面有医用的，3m的1860/1870就是
n95里有带阀门的，呼气好多了，保护他人比较差
有的n95接近n99，就像有的n99可能会接近n100一样
另外还要r95/r99/r100，和p95/p99/p100。但它们比较少，贵很多（我店里买过一个
r95的，8美元以上），它们可以防油，而且可以替代n的那些级别。 |

（这篇文章是我在2003年萨斯流行时写的，因萨斯病毒和现在流行的新型肺炎病毒都是
冠状病毒，也可作为参考）
萨斯病毒的直径大约为0.1微米，而目前最好的医学口罩是以阻挡0.3微米颗粒的标
准制造的，因此严格地说最好的口罩也不能过滤掉单个的萨斯病毒。不过，戴口罩的目
的并不是为了防止单个的病毒进入呼吸道（即使有个别的病毒进入体内也不太可能造成
感染），而是为了阻隔携带着病毒的分泌物，其大小要比病毒本身大得多。市场上常见
的口罩多是为了防尘、减少异味的目的制造的，并不一定有防止病毒传播的效果。例如
容易被唾液沾湿的纸质口罩，以及用两根松紧带挂在耳朵上、不能紧贴脸庞的口罩，都
不会有很好的效果。活性炭口罩则主要起到吸附有机物异味、毒气的作用，对阻挡病毒
并无特殊效果。与萨斯防治有关的口罩有两种，一种是一般的外科口罩，一种是N95（
或规格更高）的口罩。
标准的外科口罩是用四根棉绳系在脑后以贴紧脸庞，而不是用松紧带挂在耳朵上。
传统的外科口罩采用机械过滤法，通过十数层纱布阻隔颗粒，纱布层数越多则阻隔效率

1. 对于家用防病毒，只要N95口罩就可以用，作用基本类似，此外还可以用R95
2. 其他的口罩，即使是普通的棉布口罩，也有防病毒的功效，只不过防止的功效没有
那么高而已。所以看到有的视频播主信誓旦旦的告诉别人说你戴的口罩一点用没有要用
n95云云我就想笑。在物质紧缺情况下使用任何口罩都对防止病毒传播有好处
3. 带有呼吸孔的口罩，可以降低呼出阻力但是不会降低吸入阻力。会增加佩戴舒适度
，降低口罩内温度。如果有可能的话最好选用这样的口罩。缺点是这种口罩对于呼出气
体是没有过滤的，但对于个人防护是没问题的。
4. 口罩的正确佩戴非常重要！无法正确贴合的话过滤效果大打折扣
