了这个80年代就存在的东西。当年的理念还是相当超前的，而且现在quicken也是唯一
一个几乎所有金融机构都认可的个人理财软件。找任何一个金融机构下载activity，都
能下到excel，cvs和quicken的文件。就我的个人使用经验而言，quicken每年一个更新
，但bug几乎就从来没有消失过，往往是用更大bug使你忘却了以前小bug的痛苦，年复
一年的忍受着，除非你永远不再用quicken了。。。 |

息到PC（要看Quicken的版本），而Mint只能网上使用；Mint的免费来源于广告，要是
你烦它的话，就用Quicken；Quicken可以提供一些分析报告，打印一些呼哩花哨的图表
，而Mint没有，但这些报告图表几乎对我几乎毫无用处，因为根本不看。。。其它的，
Mint和Quicken是一样的。。。 |

发帖数: 452 | 7 刚从ms money转到quicken，慢慢摸索中，基本上还是比较习惯。
但是有几个问题，好像找不到答案。所以在此抱怨一下：
1）find/replace 功能好像太弱了，相对于money而言。如果我还没有找到更高级的搜
索功能，那只能说至一点Quicken简直太业余了。
2）Transaction的排序功能也很业余，只能排顺序，而不能逆序。
3）设定paycheck也很麻烦，先得做成bill，然后才能将paycheck像在money中一样
split开。
4）我从money导入的文件，Quicken自动给我在Banking下生成一个401K Contribution
，而且还不能删掉或者合并。Quicken Forum上有人说，401K最好不要导入，要重新生
成。我还再犹豫要不要这样试一下，想起就头疼。
如果有高手能够给我解决以上难题，不胜感激。 |

quicken吧。买了quicken 2011 starter edition，结果发现inventment accounts不能
自动convert，好多网上账户还是继续用.ofx, .qif格式下载文件，然后quicken就不能
Import. Money 可以把单个account的数据用.qif输出，但是quicken不能import，怎么
办怎么办？
用过的转过的路过的各位神仙大侠指点指点把。

其实说起来也很简单，就是怎么在quicken里面记录转帐和信用卡payment。比如有两个
帐号AB，X年X月X日，从A向B转了XX元。quicken自动update的时候，A里面就有个
withdraw，B里面有个deposit，如果直接把A的withdraw改成transfer，quicken不知道
把它和B的deposit自动match上，而是新建了一个transaction，这样B的balance就不对
了，多了XX元。这个问题怎么解决呢？ |

quicken loan联系了我，一开始就跟我狂吹他们的underwriting比pre－approval好，
而且不需要钱，也很容易，我稀里糊涂就答应了，等到她发给我一大堆文件sign的时候
，我才觉得不怎么舒服，就提出只要pre－approval letter，不要哪个underwriting了
（我没有sign任何文件，所以我没有任何责任），她一下就翻脸了，说必须要我的
realtor跟她联系她才给，随便我怎么说就是不给我，还说是他们的规定，她要
withdraw我的case。

我从银行的checking转2000刀到saving上去，在统计收入和花费的时候，就显示出

Best buy自己的bundle是减30（如果买Turbotax deluxe）或35（如果买Turbotax
primer），去price match Amazon划不来。。。其实最好的deal在costco，所有
turbotax都是减10块，quicken deluxe直接30块，不用bundle就比市面上所有的同类产
品便宜。。。 |
