I think that the limit is zero. But I can not find a solid
proof. My argument is:
define a function g(t,x)= (a(t)-a(t-x))/x;
when x -> 0, g(t,x) -> \dot{a(t)}.
I can prove that, for any x>0, when t-> -infinity,
g(t,x)->0.

Another question is, who keeps the title? the dealer or the bank?
