我产后右手也有问题，刚开始一个月没注意，还老用右手，后来去看医生后才发现原来
是这个问题De Quervain syndrome，你wikipedia一下看看症状是否一样？如果是的话
要戴个把拇指固定的护腕，尽量不要用右手。我看了2个月的physical therapy，停止
做一切家务，孩子也不胸喂了，pump出来让家人帮忙喂，现在好了很多，但是还没完全
恢复。听说起码要半年。 |

还不好，也许再打一次，有的医生也许会建议手术。据说断奶之后很多人就自愈了。问题

inflmmation in tenosynovial sac, prevent the formation of adhesions and
recurrence. The therapy in acute setting consists of pain relief and
restriction of the thumb gripping and grasping.
Pain relief can be accomplished with ice applications (15 minutes every 4 to
6 hours). Motrin may also be helpful if symptoms are recent onset.
Application of hydrocortison gel to the area daily helps to relieve the pain
in minor case |

Calcium channel blocker. If it was unilateral stenosis then ACE inhibitors.
2. A male patient with thumb base pain: what is dx. De Quervain
Tenosynovitis; treatment is NSAIDs and intrathecal steroids.
3. How do you treat Cocaine abuser with 210/115 BP? Cocaine induced HTN -
