宪后就改成隐形的quata， 或者用类似的quata来代替。 （比如income based， area
based）
不懂的看看chicago public school 的政策， 以前按照种族来分快班， 后来被判违
宪， 按照居住地分类， 谁都知道chicago是最种族隔离居住的地方。 人种都扎堆住。 |

这个牙周病专家还给出了deep tooth clean的quata, 是 1千4, 是不是太贵了阿.

Another question: I had used up the 6 year H1-B at my previous company and
got it extended for another 3 year. I got laid off after having used the H1-
B for over a year.
My PD became current in August, 2013, at that time I didn't have a job. Now
I found a job, the employer sponsors me H1-B but I don't know
1)if the new H1-B is subject to quata 2) Is it possible to get the H1-B? |

我坐过的航班。婴儿摇篮都是first come first serve 的(包括一次Quatas)
另外摇篮其实，也不能指望小孩一直里面睡。小孩不喜欢。
另外起飞降落加上有气流。不能放小孩在里面。需要抱。
其实让小孩睡地上舒服更多.hehe.
还有。如果有另外一个seat当然比小篮子舒服多多了 .
by the way, 带小孩作飞机。还是要做好最坏准备。
大人都不舒服。别说小孩了 |

quota影响更大就支持AA，没这个道理。
现在的事实是华人动不了白人的奶酪，自己的奶酪还被墨非抢了。墨非抢了白人和华人

，华人真的没有必要为此叫好，因为自己的利益受损了。
2。这个quota的思想理念, 其实也是AA这个潘多拉盒子里面放出来的
AA说要照顾弱势群体的理念,已经被被左棍得寸进尺的演化成了要打一定要压强势群体,
华裔不幸就是这个所谓的强势群体
我想很多中国家长都赞成单纯 GPA/SAT/Merit based admission

U got H1b to enter US for research is totally different for later u get into
resident with H1b.
U need re-apply for another H1b which is defined for clinic training but
total 6 yr quata is applied, like, u use H1b did research for 3 yrs, then
got matched residency, u have 3 more yr time line for your another H1b for
residency. Actually, recently most Hospitals or universities changed their
attitude or policy, they are reluctantly to apply or transfer your previous
