去年就想去参加这个比赛，可惜跟KK的TriKids比赛时间冲突了。今年给K找了个家门口
的kids比赛，我就可以去这个越野三项赛了。越野三项Off-Road Triathlon，ITU（国
家三项协会）称之为Cross Triathlon，就是游泳（还是一样的开水游泳哈，没有越野
游泳），山地车（mountain biking）和越野跑（trail running）。山地车是我的老本
行，所以想想这个比赛应该很适合我。
"Mine" Over Matter 在Kelso Quarry Park举行，几十年前这里是个采石场，挖掘
limestone的，后来居民反对抗议背叛关门卖给了自然保护区，并入了相邻的Kelso自然
保护区公园。游泳的“湖”其实是以前挖掘出来的一个大坑，中间特别深，处于安全考

两天晒网。征个alameda greek trail附近的MM一起跑步或者骑车，这个trail周围景色
很漂亮，一边是小河一边是林荫，还有美丽的quarry lakes。周末每天跑一次或者周末
加周五也可以。一次可以跑2迈至6迈都没问题，骑车9到15迈。运动时间一个到两三个
小时都可以。具体时间可以看各自的安排。如果有感兴趣的MM短信我啊，我运动我健康

瓜，就是那個like嘛！點吧 :D
錯誤一：貪吃了一個月(從11月到12月沒停嘴地大吃) ，到了expo才覺得自己嘩啦一下
胖了好多－小號的cim tee都穿不下了！
錯誤二：貪心地堅持年初目標314, 不能接受自己的fitness level不能handle這個速度
全程。
錯誤三：mp訓練根本沒有，過去幾年訓練強度都太低，既然我不想提高訓練強度，應當
適當降低期待值。
這些不切實際的目標和大吃導致和兩個月前背景馬拉松結果一樣 一個拼了命的前半程
和一個跑崩潰的後半程總時間430
每次跑到這樣時我都覺得自己怎麼總犯這個錯誤，難道自己不知道馬拉松是多遠嗎？難
道我不知道該為此付出多少嗎？但是這種事情就像上學時候明明deadline要到了還是困
得一頭倒在桌前－90%的學生都是會被淘汰的。與其說是個錯誤，不如調整目標追求一
些更實際的結果？
後半程連走帶跳了幾麥，覺得失敗的味道也不差，就是胃口不太好，經過這麼幾次訓練
，竟然能吃得下去了。
