咋地，所以就相信了我的agent.现在自己很糊涂。
我的agent的确说差别就在装修。
所以想请教专业人士。
buchan的说它家比其他好，murray franklin和quandrant等都不是一个档次。举的例子就是redmond ridge east, 说那里的房子柱子墙等多。而给我们看buchan一个很好的大厅，很大没有一根柱子，说这就是质量，murray franklin等做不到。不过我买不起，里面装修的确好。
我看得quandrant装修好的房子，内部不比murray franklin差，就是外部没有那么好看，不过6年了仔细看，外面的木板的确比较厚，没有任何问题。
还是糊涂中，，牌子啊。。 |

没有。
quandrant房子质量挺差的。我们看房子的时候， 同样面积的quandrant的房子要便宜5
-10万。 我们看到不少3-4年的房子2楼的地板就吱吱响了。 地毯很薄， 过几年就要换

我家以前的房子是MURRAY FRANKLIN的,89年的,我搬家前在那住了8年,其间生了俩猴子
一样的娃.一点也没有刻意保养房子.到后来出租房子,墙,地毯,门窗什么都没换,很多来
看房子的都不相信是89年的房子,还夸我MAINTAIN的好.当然你说20年前的房子材料都比
现在耐用我也没话说.不过让你AGENT给你看个QUANDRANT20年的房子再下结论比较好. |

么大？
好多resale房子都没有builder的信息除非是口碑比较好的。。我看的resale碰巧看见
邻居有个风格一样的是Quandrant，估计那个resale也是。大家一般在哪里看Builder的
信息跟review？我比较菜，大家别嫌我烦。。hoho。。。
镜子给掉下来了,还好,没有砸到人,问大家如何再装,人家回答到,一定是quandrant的,
一通病.因为他们雇佣些新手,结果,没几年,问题就都出来了. |

home 只是简单的丁了钉子,时间长了,会出问题.quandrant 雇佣green hands是为了降
低成本. |

considered as massive house or entry level house, and Buchan is more like
customer house or high end house. |

设计上缺乏细节，房子象仓库啦，拐角都懒得做成弧形拉
所以 quadrant, centex 的房子实在不怎么样
那些设计比较讲究的房子，也许有些 stud 也是两截拼起来的，
但偶宁愿相信既然设计都讲究，用 stud 应该也会更注意安全 |

都掉下来了，实木的百叶窗也是那种很单薄的，当然也可能是这家人maintain的太差了
。

儿聊过一次天，原来John Bochan和William Buchan是兄弟俩个，他们年青时从老爸也
就是老buchan手里接过家族企业，然后各自独立的盖房子，对外统称buchan homes。现
在bill已经退了，只有john还当着挂名的president，他女儿当着CEO。
据我以前的home inspector跟我说过，John Buchan的质量要更好一些，不过他俩相差
不多。 |

，所以他们卖的很好，可是他们的质量也降下来了。而Buchan呢，价格也没怎么降，质
量也没怎么降，所以JBuchan去年破产了。
我看Trossaches有个社区，MF和Buchan两个builder一起在那里建房，结果MF卖出去了
好多，而Buchan还一个没卖出去，原因就是MF便宜很多。我是看了不少MF的房子，感觉
质量真的是不怎么样了，大门，壁炉都很cheap。 |

Redmond Ridge的主要Builder是Quandrant，质量差，房屋贬值厉害。但不是所有的房
子都是他家
建的。但是基本这个价位跑不掉是他家的。Sammamish也有Quadrant的房子，好像在你
这个房子附近
就有些。你去看房的时候凭感觉就知道是不是Quadrant的了。能不买尽量不买。
如果我是你，会考虑买旧一点的，但是近一点的。最多不要远过SE 8。NE8 到 SE8应该
能选一选。价
钱的话，按照Zillow上边的最低价砍，或者政府估价砍。具体要看那个区的情况。 |
