毕竟跑步拉伤大腿的好象不多见。
前个星期 比较兴奋。所以跑的多了一点。
但是主要是陪儿子 ride了一次脚踏船。(一小时)
然后隔天跑的时侯。就感觉quad pain.
休息一天以后，再跑。大概1hr左右又感觉pain.
然后停了三天(but walked a lot, sometime felt pain too)
昨天跑大概6miles.还是有感觉。但是可以坚持。
今天索性cross training.(bike/ep in gym).发现居然没有什么感觉。
结论是主要跑有影响。。
明天休息。周二再看。。天气这样好。不能跑很气愤 :( |

ultimak也好,就算能hold zero，另一个重要问题return to zero肯定都不行。只有侧

我在BB，第一个位置的对手3x BB，其他的人都fold了，我hold的是66，于是我raise到
9倍
的BB，对手call，
flop是 446，我half pot bet，对手double raise我，我想可能的情况是：他有
overpair
，因为开始时候raise这么多，他还call，如果是AK之类的，不可能在这里rasie我，也
不可能他手上的是46。于是我reraise他，于是他all in。
我call，
显示的是他是quad 4，我是full house 6.
所以中招。

i'd more likely bet weakish on the flop:
1) bet some "affordable" pot with 2 cards coming and we're a sure winner;
2) see some flop action.
turn, depends on my position, i may do the "same weak bet" which is off by
the pot size. after all, there's still one card coming, that means "hope" to
others.
river, anything could happen, 6 is just one of them, in most cases, he
wouldn't get here anyway. double flop/turn checks are kind of wishful

Most likely the guy had JJs full or 77s full. If the guy really had straight
flush and saw the Russian guy fold Quads, during interview, he probably
will say sth like "I am not gonna tell anyone what I had, but it was an
unbeliable laydown", sth like that, give some Kudos to his opponents for
making such fold.

8 weeks including playoff.
Some teams average 6'2", experienced, very hard to beat, but worthy the
money. Some teams very recreational, no sweat. |

2. Quad cores desktop, DDR3 1067. CPU 打分快~50%.
在大数据处理, 多任务时, i5比较给力, 大约快30%. |
