有朋友问我北京的具体房价，我的信息不多，仅有的就贡献在这里作为参考吧。另外我
们在京也没有自己的房，是租房子住的。
金融街的中心地段，离西单半站路，5年左右的二手房在5.5-6万一平米。往西一点靠近
月坛，4-5万一平米，80年代的老公房，3-3.5万一平米。如果租，90-100平米的两房两
厅，新一点的大约在6000-8000人民币一个月的范围（月坛，不是金融街中心地段，步
行30分钟左右到金融街）。
北三环安贞桥附近，老公房买到2-2.5万一平米，新一点的都在3-4万之间。
海淀五道口附近，最有名的华清嘉园，3.5-4万一平米，据说是因为学区房，可以上中
关村二小。
南四环到南五环，丰台大兴地段，5年左右的二手房，均价在2万左右吧，根据不同地区
稍有差异。
