超过90%，好像在95%以上，所以要提高LOD必须在ionization source 跟Q0上下功夫。
举个例子AB Sciex 的6500跟5500 的区别就是source enhance 2倍LOD，Q0（Qjet)
enhance 2倍2LOD，共计4倍LOD
QTOF 的ion transmission主要是损失在 flight 过程中，另外TOF的pulse frequency
并不慢，大部分仪器都在 20kHz 左右，就是0.05ms一次。
速度慢在仪器跟电脑之间的传输，没想到吧，每个TOF的spectrum在被digitization过
后从instrument到电脑需要的时间在ms ，这段时间TOF只能idle等digitizer
clearance
所以QTOF效率取决于duty cycle time跟飞行过程中的离子损失。QQQ现在的duty cycle

eventually负回报或者输光. 如果明天一个药股要fda决定，今天全仓买，赌对了就收
手不干了。我对这种操作没意见，毕竟是50%几率，这个的确是高风险高回报。 但像大
部分人操作的方式，反反复复折腾，这个就是极大增加自己wipe out的几率.
至于说我提倡的炒蓝筹，炒spy/qqq, 其实好处很多。首先你可以大仓位上，没啥可担
心的，spy涨个1刀，你赚的不见得去搞小股票少。都说zijing mm厉害，可人家就是交
易的qqq option. 我相信也有保护。option再多学一些，像我说的，如果是炒股的料，
操作spy/qqq不会耽误成百万富翁的。 话痨mm交易也是iwm的option spread, 要就图个
beat通胀，真不用费这劲。股版前辈大傻蛋早就英明指出了，炒股是炒大盘和单边做多
，我觉的这10几个字才是真谛。 |
