个月），自从第三年升职后就一直没有任何再次升职的迹象，老板口风也很紧，于是回
复了一个linkedin找上来的猎头，去面了家城里公司(金融，IT部门)，接着陆续面了一
个Linkedin看到广告 (E-commerce, pre-IPO, online retail), 以及一个关系不错朋
友的内推(金融，IT部门). 没想到接连着狗屎运，现在公司这次review cycle突然没有
征兆的就给了promotion, 然后三个面试的公司全部拿到了offer, . 现在多少有一些选
择性障碍：
四个公司都在东部二线城市。给的base salary 也都一样 120K上下. 做的都是IT/BI
类型 (数据库/少数编程)，bonus分别是 10%, 26%-70%, 20%, 8-10%

刚找到一份Tableau Developer的工作，学这个软件时间不算太长，三个月左右，考了
一个Tableau Desktop Associate 的证，属于初级，没很多技术含量，考试也才将就
着通过，只比及格分高了一点点，可说实话，这个证还挺管用，放在履历表上很有点女
士腰间名牌包包的感觉，装个门面。当然如果能考出Tableau Desktop Certificate的
证，粉饰效果会更好，但据说那证比较难考，不是机器自动批出分数，而是由真人来判
分的。这Tableau软件全是自学，我一接触就喜欢上了，什么SSRS, Crystal Reports,

序员，Tableau非常的好用，作图很漂亮而且看起来很现代化，前途大大的好，虽然相
对于UAP不是很有名气，但是如果进去了吃香的喝辣的没问题。
