本周每天都接到号称在DISH NTEWORK卫星电视公司华人服务部上班的不同工号的人物打
来的骚扰促销电话要求你装卫星电视。
其实很清楚这无非是一家在Gaithersburg, Meriland的骗子公司，靠推荐新客户来拿
dish network的回扣。希望不知情的人们千万不要上当。

（一） 总思路
1． 省钱和省时间是两个不太兼容的事件。
2． 最好的deal，可能是若干打折的联用，或者只有少数人拥有的渠道。人人都趋之若
骛的deal（比如各个节假日的常规打折），几乎不会是最好的。
3． 最好给自己设定一个心理价位（比如MAC和BB7－8折，Nars6－7折等），不要有折扣
就买。所谓没有最便宜，只有更便宜；无用的便宜东西买的多了，其实更浪费钱。提倡
在需要的基础上，广泛收集各种小道消息，有节制的屯货。
4． 既然是打折，就不可能在任何时间买任何想买的东西，只能有啥买啥。
5． 我坚信没有东西是不打折的，哪怕没有直接的打折，也有变相的打折。比如lv，拿
8折的giftcard去买，就相当于8折。如果到外州买，省下了税，也是一种变相折扣（也
许birkin确实不存在变相打折的可能）。

extra 1$ rake since I only do it a few times a day at most. Guess it is

recurrent event model,比较多人用的有几个
1） Anderson-Gill的counting process model,假设recurrent event之间是独立的
2） PWP(Prentice-William-Peterson) model: 这个分两种，一个是gap time model,
一个是total time model
3) WLW (Wei-Lin-Weissfield) model,这个是marginal model
SAS的proc phreg就可以fit这三个model,只要你把data准备成符合sas的counting
process格式。
