additional unused visa numbers from EB1, EB2-ROW and EB5.
It is expected that at this pace dates can reach July 2007 in August visa
bulletin. In September bulletin either dates will become current or will
move into first quarter of 2008.
If available visa are less than 24K-11k(used for this bulletin) = 14K for
remaining two months, then DOS can decide to stay put at 01 Aug 07.

Currently only 21k pending C/I EB2 (exclude PD < 10/15/2006), the spill over
is estimated 24k-25k for now.
The 21k pending C/I EB2 will not be approved 100% and the Spillover may go
to EB3 (3k-9k).
The DOS MUST open gate in this summer, otherwise they will waste BIG number
next year! |

from july 2007-dec 2007, there are around 2000 Chinese PERM.
from july 2007-dec 2007, there are around 10000 Indian PERM.
Totally 17k China and Indian PERM with PD 2007 will become the new demand.
27k China and India PERM with PD 2008 will become new demand.
Totally 44k PERM new demand with PD 2007 and 2008. |
