before tax return. If you refinance 15 year mortgage 2.5-2.625%, you can
make money easily. CA PWB bond never default in history, though
theoretically a little bit riskier than GO bond.

* brief self introduction
* resume上提过的所有东西，都要滚瓜烂熟，每个做过的project，都要有个summary/
story，并能够回答相关的细节
* 相关方面的fundemental。engineering的东西，很多东西万变不离其宗。
* 手头备好纸笔，随时准备开算，备好电脑，准备随时google（注意键盘声别被听到）
。回答面试问题，注意think aloud，把思路说出来，切忌不吭声闷头想花很多时间给
个正确答案，很多时候，面试看思路的方向对不对，intuition好不好。
* 准备一些关于职位公司的相关问题，如果给你机会问问题，可以趁机多了解一些这个
职位的requirement，这样为onsite复习准备的时候能有的放矢；同时要表现出对公司
和职位的兴趣。

现在办H1B，整个流程下来，至少3-4个月，包括：
1。PWB：about 6 weeks
2. LCA: about 3 weeks
3. PP H1B: 2 weeks
加上中间的准备时间，至少1周吧。
算算，最少要12周。 |

rating AA3 than 305M Series F & G Prison bond A2.
The yields of Series H will be slightly lower than those of Series F & G,
but safer or no default risk because universities can always raise tuition. |

always raise tuition if state cut budget. Usually they are not insured, and
in history CA never default any state PWB or GO bonds.
2) The interest coupon and yield will be determined by 9/30 or 10/1,
different with how many years to maturity.
3) If coupon rate is higher than yield, you need to pay premium. If coupon
rate is lower than yield, you will have a discount. If they are the same,

发帖数: 1645 | 28 手里的sony-ericsson手机键盘坏了，偏偏是MENU键，已经自己试过几次，应该是PWB软
板的问题。现在想找牛人用索爱的内部软件把通讯录跟照片读出来，最好存去SIM卡。
MENU键不WORK，自己是存不了的，接电脑要换到PCMODE，键盘坏掉这个也就没办法了，
USB CABLE有，就是需要找能读phonebook跟照片的软件，除了地址簿，手机里还有已经
过世的前同事照片，非常想能留下来
唉，头一次选NOKIA以外的PHONE，就被报应了。索爱搬走很久了，不知道这里有没有人
能帮忙？ |
