I didn't try the HEAVY putter,but I did watcht my coworker using it.
I don't like it.
I think the main point of the HEAVY putter is ..it's just too heavy to have
uncessary hands moving/shaking.
I like light putters. I believe feeling is most important for speed. So I
always grab my putter really light. If talking about the pressure I could
put on the grib of my putter scaling from 1-10, I put 5 or less.

product all the putter inserts. The problem with putter i am using is that
it is too heavy. And i have no feeling on how far the ball would roll when i
putt. I have been struggling with my current putter for a while.
I was switching between my putter and odyssey #9, odyssey #9 feels almost
nothing compare to my current one. I laid my eyes on odyssey #9, since at

the 2nd and 3rd sounds non-famous brands for me. I don't have too much
technical suggestion for putters. basically, putter is picked by feel. so
try those putters at your local golfsmith, and see if it works for you. you
can not judge a putter good or bad from others review.
I am not so sure how lie angle of putters will affect a player. Usually,
shaft length and the player's stance make more sense. I might not be right
here.

my first $2-yard-sale putter was full offset. Later I spent $$$ to upgrade
it with different type of putters, but never feel comfortable with other
type of putters.
Now I am going back the same type of putter as my $2 one, with better build
(hopefully).
I guess I am like Phil, had enough trying out of different putters, now it
is time to get back to the basic. |

一是我的putting是直后直前.belly putter总是有弧线.

对我来说太 upright 。索性想换个好点的算了，看了看网上的讨论，以下几个评价还

Guerin Rife 2-Bar putter
SeeMore FGP
价格应该都在 $200 以内。现在倾向于 Guerin Rife 的那个，看网上评价相当不错，
而且仿佛可以自己调 Lie Angle，所以以后要改 Setup up posture 的话也不用花钱调
Lie Angle。准备明天去 Golf Galaxy 试一试，感觉好的话就下手了。

我知道我会用WEDGE把球打到３ FEET以内。。。而球在GREEN上超过３ FEET，我一点信
心都没有（其实３ FEET之内也没有。。。１ FOOT 才觉得稳妥），１０个６ FEET以内
的球估计我勉强进一个。。。另外，跟PUTTER高手的看线对比，发现往往看得相反，他
说往左BREAK，我看成往右。。。而他是对的。。。各位对于PUTTER的练习有没有有效
而快捷的提高方法？ |

time it is not working. went back to store, i was told the putter i bought
got different offset compare to my old putter, which i like its setup, but
my old one doesnt have insert.
whats the different between full offset, and half offset?
goog around, but hope some got clear answer here. good answer may benefit
others as well. |

Full offset是指shaft向后移一个shaft的直径的距离. 同理, 1/2 offset就是向后移
半个shaft. 可以帮助调整putting的线路. Offset越多, 球越向左偏, 也就是说putter face closed a bit when contacting the ball.
我感觉自己的putting线路常有变化, 时左时右, 临到下场前也说不好用啥杆好. 最好是找一块平地, 放两个球, 照两球的中间推一下. 正常情况下是两个球同速, 或者外侧的球稍微快一点点.
要是里面的球快了, 就说明你的putter face open了, 应该换offset多的putter.
其实就跟iron的offset一样, 初学者比较容易slice (open), 需要offset来帮助一下. |

tested numeric time in different store to get the feel of all. The Black
feels a little heavy to me. Finally go with White hot tour and love it. You

and it cost me another round of good game on saturday. (another 7 3-putts,
one of them is 4 putts, i was told i would be a single digit player if i can
cut down those 3 putts to 2. if cut down to 1, then i would be a pro. kaka)
i tried scotty del mar at store as well, since that one is consistantly
mentioned when ppl compare with odyssey #9. that one feel good as well, but
not as good as odyssey #9. Also, scotty del mar is more expensive.

agree it still doesn't deserve $298.
difference? i believe amatuers like us can't tell, some top pros can tho.
i didn't try that model of odyess u mentioned. no comment. like i said, just
buy them by feel.
putter itself can't save the world. Technique and committment make the
player better.
