原料: 1 Butternut Squash, 2 corn ears, 3 apples, 2 pearls, 3 oz dried apricot.
秋日Puree 1: 水果
2 apples, 2 pearls (苹果和梨去皮去核，切6-8块), 3 oz dried apricot 蒸15-20分钟。一起放入blender or food processor打成puree.
秋日Puree 2: 蔬菜
半个 butternut squash (去皮切块), 把两个整个新鲜玉米用刀从上到下切下玉米粒，蒸15-20分钟。一起放入blender or food processor打成puree.
秋日Puree 3: 蔬果
1 apples (苹果去皮去核，切6-8块), 半个 butternut squash (去皮切块), 蒸15-20分钟。一起放blender or food processor打成puree.
蔬菜泥水果泥分装在制冰的格子壳子里，一般一格是1盎司。裹上保鲜膜放冷 |

发帖数: 288 | 3 我说一下我的体会. 我之前用Pure Storm GT已经有一年, 刚换成Pure Drive 2012, 打
了一个星期.
Pure Storm是一块感觉非常好的拍子, 挥出去就可以知道落点, 可是力量很小, 需要一
个比较大的swing, 在被动的时候很容易出浅球, 打出去的球力量和旋转都不如Pure
Drive.
Pure Drive的power level很高, 我对这块新球拍还没适应, 打起来感觉是either a
very good shot or right to the fence. 打好了是高球速和惊人的topspin, 底线球
可以打到fence的横杆以上, 这样的球我用Pure Storm除了刻意把球拉高是很难打出来
的. 但稍微打得flat一点就要出界. 我认为它是要求使用者有更扎实的基本功, 有一个
很好的swing path, racket head speed也要更高的球拍.

有其他的生肉，生鱼什么的，卫生可以保证吗？取出来后我看大家都是微波炉热热就行
，也不能达到再次消毒的作用吧？这样给宝宝吃可以吗？

Nissan Altima Pure Drive， 意外地发现一路上这辆车非常省油，平均达到了42 mpg
，请注意，是平均，老公一路上都没有怎么用过cruise。
回来查了这辆车官网的信息，最多mpg到38。
回来老公继续开我们的ford，看着 25mpg, 我们心里不是滋味啊。
大家有开过pure drive的吗？不知道这个42 mpg是个别情况还是真正pure drive
的优化结果。 |

Pure drive和BLX pro open之间，貌似Pure drive更好控制一点，中规中矩。BLX pro
open打出的球不仅力量大，旋转经常匪夷所思，有点震肩膀。还在犹豫中。
另外弄了支multifilament线的pure drive，目前对multifilament无感，可能是demo的

时来刷。我玩的时侯刷了2个小时。刷的过程中想出一个简单的方法来造福大家。需要
版上的各位来维持，但是比刷几个小时好多了。具体如下。
我拿到pure bladestone到2－1铁匠升级，到sharp dagger＋5，不要退出武器升级画面
，等待杯子弹出。弹出之后按ps键退出游戏。重新会到游戏之后游戏认为你还没有升级
那些武器，但是杯子已经拿到了。所有我现在白金手里还有一颗pure bladestone可以
给下一个人。如果每个人都用这个办法就可以一颗石头让所有人拿到杯子。千万注意升
级武器后不要退出武器升级画面。简易操作之前试一下先。
现在石头在我手里，可以传给下一个人。我的soul level 是150多一点。psn:

I was very curious about why this program selected him(Of course he had
exceptional credentials). Indeed that CMG is very excellent in the program.
Everybody likes him. But 2 yrs later, he recommended another CMG with even
