银行，在休斯顿，4%，限$25k，以上的按2% |

bt的，还完了bt以后才是puchase
最好还是申请一张新的卡来bt吧，freedom平时划一下还不错，当然如果有discover it
最新的那个2x的offer，freedom就暂时不需要了，用来bt也挺好
