停药主要担心bipolar manic episode发作，妄想（delusion）。像你的强迫症，想跳
车什么的，如果停药以后，控制不了自己，真的去做了，后果非常严重。
可怕的是，当病来的时候，自己没有太多的察觉。一旦开始了，自己失去了对自己的控
制。
我和evolve一样，是被强制送去医院的。真的不希望再发生，特别是被注射镇定针，相
当难受，而且自以为针对身体有相当的伤害。
我相信我也是bipolar I，只想着耐心坚持吃药，希望病不要发作。
和evolve一样，问你白天吃的是什么药？
我也吃两种药，不过是晚上一起吃的。Lithium对付manic，Risperdal对付delusion/

hot potato game. I had some real schizoprhenic people around me, I had some
delustional thoughts but I knew it was wrong to think that way, but I had no
control. I dont think it is your busy job casued your onset, I believe in

精神分裂我就不是很清楚。)目前的治疗办法主要是两个方面。一个是吃药，直接去影
响这个chemical imbalance。另一个方面，是通过therapy，间接的去影响。所谓
therapy，是学习如何以不同的方法去思考、对待生活中碰到的问题。
接近两个月的上课，正式听课之外，穿插了不少所谓“process group”。像电视里看
到过的，10来个人，加上一个therapist，围成一圈坐。轮流讲出来困扰自己的事情、
自己面临的挑战。病友和therapist有时候会点评。
有一个概念，是给自己建立良好的support system。具体一些，我能够想到的有一点：
远离对自己toxic的人，有时候是距离自己很近的人，比如自己的父亲、或者母亲（对
我而言，我的父亲算一个，呵呵。）
课上反复讲到的一个概念：forgive并不代表给与relationship，只是说明自己let go
了，不再让一个人令自己烦恼。
我这次发作，跟积累的一些问题有一定关系。还好，我个人认为这些问题已经得到一定

一直都说中美医学的最大区别是询证医学（EBM）的普及，所以现在中国也在广泛推广
EBM。
EBM之所以在美国流行无外乎以下几点：
1. 医学是科学，所有诊断要有科学证据才能令人信服。
2. 保险公司有章可循
3. 法院对医疗事故的判定有章可循
4. ICD code的推行，政府对医疗管理（regulation）有章可循
但是， 不可否认， 这个EBM有着不容忽视的缺点：
1. 很多证据或者数据的可靠性成疑，因为这些数据或结论或多或少受商业，政治以及
个人因素的偏差（bias）影响，使得相对一部分证据不能真正反映真实， 这方面的例

本人就是本人说过的鱼龙混杂里的鱼，两个方面都不了解。
百度了一下精神病：
精神病(psychosis)指严重的心理障碍，患者的认识、情感、意志、动作行为等心理活
动均可出现持久的明显的异常；不能正常的学习、工作、生活、；动作行为难以被一般
人理解；在病态心理的支配下，有自杀或攻击、伤害他人的动作行为。
以这个定义看，精神病的整体和信教的整体相比，
1。 信教的认识，情感，意志，动作行为并不是异常。也许他们对神是否存在的认知和
非教徒有区别，但是那只是认知的差异，而不是异常，就像大家都看一个股票，有人觉
得会升，有人觉得会降。而且只是这一方面的不同造成其他所有的情感，意志，行为不
同。
2。信教者整体上不妨碍正常的工作学习生活。
3。信教的人动作行为不信教的人不赞同，但是还是很容易理解的。
4。信教者整体没有自杀，攻击，伤害他人的动作行为。当然“邪教”例外。在不邪的
教里面也有或者有过攻击伤害人的行为，和精神病的区别是信教的人是为了维护他们的
信仰而伤害异教或者不信教的，精神病的出发点和伤害对象几乎都是随机的。

同往常一样的急诊班，因为周五门诊专家齐全，直接住院的急诊患者很少。手术也顺利
。下午5点，正享受得来不易的片刻宁静，突然接到医务部电话——火速到ICU会诊。平
常都是科室请会诊，医务部直接指令少之又少。心里还在纳闷，莫非又是某位屁股坐得
高的人病危了？
一路飞奔到达，ICU里一片抢救的忙碌。旁边站着三位瘦小的女医师，白服几乎完
全被血染透，颤抖得像从地狱里逃出来。认出是本院风湿科的人，心头不禁一沉。
床上的患者——曾经也是一名医师，已经对外界完全失去反应。虽然在人工通气和
胸外按压下，还有脉率显示，但瞳孔对光反射已经彻底消失。我们都知道他，高高瘦瘦
、白白净净的男孩，因为成绩优异，已经被香港大学录取，即将赴港攻读博士学位。瞬
间感觉如坠冰窖，知道没有希望，就没有继续加入高规格的抢救队伍——另外还有三人
