在11月6日最新的法庭听证会上，警方透露，没有证据证明Mengqi 还活着，并正式把
Mengqi失踪案定性为谋杀案，她的丈夫Joseph Elledge是主要嫌疑人。
多段Joseph和Mengqi争吵的录音，也在法庭上首次被公开，Joseph对Mengqi怒吼：“你

想了。
其次，你说的 第一第三条里，你根本自己都没搞清楚这些词具体含义。抑郁症和杀别
人没
啥直接关系（和自杀有关系），一般也不能作为“杀人也不用负责”。你口里的精神病
英文一般就是说 psychopath。但是精神病种类很多，有暴力倾向的只占一少部分（比
如 bipolar disorder）。绝大部分 crime 都不是符合精神病诊断的人犯的，但是不少
律师喜欢 claim 来辩护。 |

精神病只是无法控制自己。所以在造成这么严重后果的event之前，一定是从小到大一
