【摘要】创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）是一种严重的心理障碍。PTSD常在一个人暴露于一个
或多个创伤性事件后产生，如重大的刺激、性侵犯、恐怖主义、或对一个人的生活的其
他严重威胁。主要症状包括令人不安重复闪回，对事件的回避或记忆麻木，警觉性增高
等。PTSD的诊断是在创伤性事件发生后持续一个月以上。
美国精神病学会在2013年5月出版了《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第5版（DSM-5）。DSM
-5将PTSD的核心症状修改为四组：（1）在创伤事件发生后，存在1种（或多种）与创伤
事件有关的重新体验症状；（2）创伤事件后开始持续地回避与创伤事件有关的刺激；
（3）与创伤性事件有关的认知和心境方面的消极改变，在创伤事件发生后开始出现或

一些。 但第一，我的学位是master and Phd in psychology（确切讲是psychometrics
), 而不是in statistics. 第二，我发表的文章都发表在心理统计，psychiatry，
criminology, substance abuse,public health领域的杂志上,从未在JASA,Biometrics
,Statistics in Medicine这些主流统计学杂志上发表过。第三，所发的杂志和我审过
稿的杂志都是在psychology,psychiatry，criminology, substance abuse领域上有排
名的。而这些杂志都不被列入统计学的杂志排名。第四，可能是最重要的。所有的引用
90%是被心理学，psychiatry，criminology, substance abuse,public health的杂志

有详细面经，考经 （请考古）
PS一定要早写，不停修改，essay edge不用买最贵的。
Step1是必须，要考好，step1之后再找OB。Package 不完整的话，不要申请太多
program：这种情况没有connection的话，基本拿不到IV。
非MD老板的推荐信可以重点夸被推荐人的personality/responsibility/independence/
team working etc，不必讲临床。
B:
病理申请要广撒网
Step3要趁热打铁，在9/10月前考掉，对病理申请有加成。
LOR要有针对性，同一个推荐人可出2/3封不同的推荐信：比如针对病理的，内科的，及家庭科。
C:
psychiatry可以用neurology/IM的OB （psychiatry 需要neuro 和IM的知识），解释：

2010年match上精神科。
Match精神科越来越难，希望简单介绍，对大家有所帮助。
精神科比较热，建议大家选择自己喜欢的科室。因为每段时间都有热门科室，风水轮流
转，过一段时间可能没那么热门，根据自己的兴趣来选，不要跟风。比如：病理现在很
多人申请，但是就业比较困难。
一、实际操作问题。
9.15正式开始，现在大家都准备得差不多了。如果没考完step3的话，建议考掉，重新
开始match，对match比较大的帮助。这个时候应该分数、OB、LOR都拿到了。如何利用
手里的条件成功面试，这个讲座早一点举办的原因是因为想早一点帮助朋友拿到额外的
面试，在大家没开始面试之前，每个program拿到几百甚至上千封申请，一般是
coordinator做prelim工作，定下来YOG不能超过5年等等条件，PC screen之后把剩下的
申请交给program director去挑选给谁面试。
如何解决被filter这个问题？现在是一个比较好的时机，因为screen没开始，直接和
director联系，如果有什么拿得出手的东西，面试官可以直接跳过prescreen的环节。

【摘要】急性应激障碍（ASD）又称为急性应激反应（ASR），是对恐怖或创伤事件产生
的心理反应。ASD以急剧、严重的创伤事件作为直接原因，患者在受刺激后立即（1小时
之内）发病。ASD的常见症状是麻木；情感分离；缄默；现实感丧失；人格解体；心因
性遗忘；对经历的创伤事件和思想的重新体验、做梦和闪回；对事件的回避。在这段时
间里，患者存在着焦虑症状和至少一个基本功能的损害。症状至少持续3天，最多不超
过4周；并发生于创伤事件之后的4周之内。
美国精神病学会在2013年5月出版了《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第5版（DSM-5）。DSM
-5对ASD的诊断标准进行了新的修订。近年来，对ASD的临床研究成为精神病学、心身医

American researcher Dr. Priscilla Coleman of Bowling Green State University
finds women who have an abortion face almost double the risk of mental
health problems as women who have their baby.

限现在要match,不要指望着拿个低于平均分很多的就可以过关psychiatry.psychiatry
虽然要求分数低,也不是捡破烂的专业.我认识的人都是因为分数低没其他地方要做了1-
4年psychiatry ob不等才match进去.等你考完的时候形势更不知道怎么样.这几年是翻
天覆地地下降.要考试match还是要专心点,即便专心没娃也不是1-2年可以完成的事.不
要迷信网上那么多人的说辞,尤其是你还要毕业还要找工作之类的.等你真正开始考1了,
找个学习小组,认识些人,你就会发现多少人考1都可以花上2-6年不等..你年纪不小了,
要做个正确的决定,在正确评估形势的情况下.你看现在在match的那么多人毕业将近20
年的,你以为大家都是1年考完的么.很多就是在你这个毕业年限开始考,因为yog长,必须

尽量还是让他们的学业和小提琴一样优秀。 有趣的是，其中一名老师就有两个学位：
Psychology 和音乐。

Advice on USCE
I noticed since I did my USCE in California I got more interviews in
California. (If you get one on California minus well get your California
Letter.) I recommend trying to do USCE in 2 different places to spread your
influence. Perhaps it would be a good idea to do it in New York as it is IMG
friendly.
When you do your USCE try and seek out as many opportunities you can. Be on

高人说1和4最好，于是已经买了1。至于4，据说想搞这个专业的，得买，鉴于4比较大

年终于成功match, 深深为他们锲而不舍的精神所感动。悲的是，轮到自己了，该怎么
办？很鸭梨山大。
由于我晚到了几分钟，第一位speaker ， Pathology（oldray?）没太来得及记录。
1） talk to others
2） Do not be aggressive
3） Ask, not just assume
4） Follow the rules, like HAPPA
5） Watch more slides ( for study purpose)
6） Group study
7） 别吊儿郎当（忘了这是原话还是我自己的理解。Oldray is 北京人？）
8） Good intern: polite,让人放心
第二位speaker Dr. Ruan, Psychiatry PGY-2. 她的讲话要点是：
