看剪多粗的树枝，hedge trimmer可以为树丛整形，但超过1cm的树枝得需要pruner/
lopper,超过2cm的树枝就得上hacksaw或者chainsaw了。我在sears买了很多这类的工具
，挺便宜的 |

用hedge trimmer的话，剪超过1cm粗的树枝需要看运气和角度。超过2cm的基本上需要
上saw。pruner剪超过2cm的树枝也比较困难 |

昨天用链锯搞掉一个16英尺高大概4厘米初的树干，比较费力的是中途链锯卡在树干中
间拉不动，下次要先加油再锯 |

都能剪断，动滑轮的设计保证切断的力量比较大 |

when to prune tree depends on location and tree type.
generally, for deciduous tree, During Christmas is the best time to prune. |

I am not sure you know what you are talking about. many trees, including
fruit trees, need be trimmed/pruned in early spring. many others you can
prune pretty much any time of the year. |
