What if these elderly immigrants (with Green Card but not citizenship ) move
to other states such as New Jersey or North Carolina? Would they become
inelligible to receive free healthcare? Do they have to wait until they
become US citizens to receive medical care or medicaid?

找provident funding 的Sirian Wang 做refinance.本来说好no fee no point的，因
为我们选的利率不是很低，还有400刀的rebate.
哪想到明天close了，突然发来一封email说有3500刀的closing cost.
我让她把电话录音找出来，她说锁定利率之前给我们email notify过，我们看了所有的
邮件都没有这个纪录。
唉，太气愤太无奈了，现在如果不做，500刀的房价评估也要不回来了。
这个女人真人渣，尽找着好欺负的过人骗。大家以后小心啊，以后即使要找这个银行也
堤防着点，堤防这个人 |

一直在用comcast，从29.99/month 的25M internet升级到50M internet & echonomic
TV 50 channel。然后发现internet变得非常不稳定，电视信号也特别差，我自己做的
self-install还charge了我install费用50刀，于是打电话过去抱怨。comcast小哥表示
，你可以继续升级到xxxxx只需要xxxx/month。对于internet的问题，我们可以派人去
看看，不过这个网络不稳定可能因为附近人用网太多什么什么的。当时瞬间不想再和他
说话，要求停止服务。
对comcast已经彻底不能忍了，刚才问了ATT，对我们apt只能提供3M download 1M
upload 29.99/month，看来是更不能用。。。

不用Seller签字，就让我的agent出了个证明，因为这笔钱是Buyer agent返的，跟
seller一点关系都没有，凭什么要seller签字，我觉得是不是你的broker不给力啊，
Provident Lender是比较picky，但是我的broker都帮我解决了，所有问题其实都可以
解决的，就是要费点周折：）

tuner一直能够观看几个Local HD channels的.目前Comcast把QAM tunner通道给封锁了
,所有频道都加密了.只能上午去Comcast Service Center拿了个HD DTA装上, 结果收到
一堆SD channels, 却没有一个HD channel.赶紧联系Comcast, 他们说观看HD channel
还需要每个月付$10的HD Tachnology Fee.我的Limited Basic cable每个月才付$16,
为什么HD Tachnology Fee就要$10/月? 简直是乱敲竹杠. Comcast太霸道了.好像Local
HD channel法定是免费的.请问各位大侠我们这里有没有其他更好的TV+Internet
provider? 我们住在Bellevue.非常感谢! |

大家好，因为特殊原因想要找一个稳定的web host做社区服务。
要求：
- easy access。linux based 为好。
- 可支持上千人同时在线。
- 不需要看video。
- 价格合理。
- 另外请推荐好的forum。我用过drapal，phpbb3。目前倾向于用后者。
我自己玩儿过godaddy和AWS。但是没有做过大量ID在线的东西。
希望今天能有答案！
