那个6/1的截止日期，有可能是2015/1/1，应该在你收到的appraisal report上有写。
如果1年以内，可以file protest，然后看他们能否match你hud上的成交价。 |

1. 准备好hud，开始谈以后先拿这个，问能否honor。
2. 准备一些附近房子的交易价和照片，如果对方不接受hud的成交价，再拿出来argue。 |
