RA只有MQ和OOP计点
尽量多用MQ加分是大家都知道的；
RA还有UPR和SCR，
SCR是最可靠的rebate之一，也是大家都知道的；
那么，想快速攒点的TX
不妨按照SCR的金额适当出一些OOP
比如，SCR会返10刀，那么，用完胖子和UPR之后，
留出8刀左右（如果当地税高，可以酌情再减一点金额）付OOP
这样，在确定付出的钱都能拿回来的情况下，增加了OOP，
既给RA增加了现金流，自己又增加了点数，且没有损失。
可以说是双赢吧
照此办理，相信点数会增加得快一些。。。
注意：
我这个不是赚钱的办法，
只是养卡的办法，
做到既不损失钱，又能快一些攒点。
而且也对RA有所贡献，不枉它有那么多厚道的deal...

（General Test）的词汇部分。Barron’s 是一家教育丛书出版公司。在它的General
Test 考试资料中，有一个包含了3500个单词的列表。这3500个单词有不少的漂亮的形
容词和在特殊场合下使用的名词，诸如Artillery（礼炮），Abstemious （节食的），

具体每个州的规定最好是直接去看那个州具体的条文和案例。
很多州都有dog-bite status, 规定狗主人要对自家狗造成的伤害（不一定是bite）付
责任。基本来说，只要是狗对别人造成了伤害，不管主人当时是否试图阻止，都要付责
任。而受伤者也不用去举证狗主人做错了什么。
比如，明尼苏达的规定：
If a dog, without provocation, attacks or injures any person who is acting
peaceably in any place where the person may lawfully be, the owner of the
dog is liable in damages to the person so attacked or injured to the full
amount of the injury sustained.
受伤者必须证明：
1，自己因为对方狗而受伤（不一定是被咬，也许是冲着他吼导致他自己摔了一跤的话
也算）
