房子积累越来越多,价格差距就大很多.市场好的时候,Windemere一样抢,差距就小很多.
所以我一般不推荐Windemere. 想要Dougherty Valley High,选GALE RANCH; 院子要大,
只有CALIFORNIA HIGH周围的老区.
SPECIALLY ASSESSMENT应该不是免税的. 只有1%的PROPERTY TAX是免税的. 当然需要和
你的CPA确认.
