UNLESS you have evidence or witness to proove that the guy in front of you
did it intentionally and recklessly. That was shown on the video. The biker
made a SUDDEN slow down to almost a full stop. Lien could not avoid rear
ending him. He did not bump him with intention.
Lukcy that there was a video to proove this, otherwise, Lien is in much more
trouble.

theories and use it to explain the phenomenons and if it works logically,
they say it is correct. But nobody can say it is 100% close to truth.
Traditional Chinese theory started to form science so long ago, to find
very detailed record of experiences is not easy. Just think of the simple
reason why shennong has to taste hundreds of herbs? Isnt it an experiment/

think a lot of us are the "tech center" of the group he's in. We all have
advanced degree, MS at least, so nothing need to proove acadamicly. I think
an other degree like MBA won't help much, at least in ME area.
Three things I think are important. first, you gotta have a good boss, the
boss that builds people, helps people on their goal. If you don't have one,
find yourself one. Luck plays a big roll in this case.

translate it into something US physicians understand and trust, THAT IS,
LORs about your capacity in PED from US physicians. Ask for letters from US
physician, go do obsevership et al, as soon as you can proove you can
function as well as a physicians in US as in China, with 10+ years
experience, you will get matched, who wont want someone work like an
attending and paid like a resident :) Good luck! |

it is true that I did not have many opportunities to work with CS phds in
the on the desk. those who I did work with, their thesis tend to be prooving
certain theorems in theoretical computer science, not those top coders.
the point I wanted to make is that many physicists and engineers are well
trained in both maths and programming to be dangerous on both front. these
are much better fits for a quant role. |

CS博不太编程的，都是不太想当quant的。
物理数学的编程很多都是很lousy的programmer。
没有经过传统IT行业洗礼的coder，一眼就看得出来。

It seems true, but u have not prove it.
First it is easy to proove that if we split the graph into
two subgraph A and B,
that the count of edges from A to B is the same as the count
of edges from B to A. Because we can split all edges into
four classes. Edges from A to A, from A to B, from B to A,
and from B to B. Because the count of edges from a vertex
of A is equal to the count of edges to a vertex. That means
Count(A to A)+Count(A to B) == Count(A to A) + Count(B to
A).

dumb in the way they try to persuade ppl, esp. when some
of them try to use scientific tools to proove sth.
