英文小写作。这是蒙校的四年级，不知道本地其他学校都一样的吗？担心这回家作业太

记得我们三年级的时候，每天回家要做抄课文，抄生字每个十遍，算术啊，背书啊什么
的，听说现在国内小学的作业还要多，小孩子负担重，书包也超重，

发帖数: 1125 | 20 女儿上Kindergarten后，几乎不用考虑出远门玩，有时难得到附近州公园Hiking，基本
上也是10点半后到，1点半回家，相机拿出去也不怎么用，比划一下，取景框白花花一
片，糖水片是没戏了。
老婆教诲说每个理工男周末都应该在余暇做一些"Project"，这样人生才能算得上完整
。这样，除了到超市扛几箱水回来，或者给汽车洗澡年检充气换电池什么的，理工男的
人生基本上是陪女儿在附近转悠玩耍的时候顺便完整了。理工男爱照相，而女儿镜头感
不错，所以父女俩一起做这个Project有滋有味。
用哈苏菜丝追着女儿拍照片也许是大材小用了。不过最好的器材不拍最爱的宝贝，岂不
是明珠暗投。这种全手动的机器操作不易，却也让我记忆力异常清晰，看每张照片的时
候，可以回味那时天气如何，设定多少EV，还有手捏快门线等待咣当一刻的心情。 冲
洗，晾干，扫描照片时的急切。基本和秀才等待发榜差不多。
对焦都不是很完美，主要是理工男装片太急切，这两卷彩色的都没有记得把片边压到铁
片下，成了一个Unwanted的移轴。还好是小图。
先来几张彩色负片的吧。 都是80mm，Epson V700直出。

project manager基本就是manage project的，根本不是啥管理层，也没有啥实际的决
定权。manager只是好听点，其实是coordinator。主要是coordinator客户和engineer
之间的需求，技术要懂一点，但绝对不需要完全懂。
隔行如隔山，也许你们行业不一样。
还有一个公司你重不重要，最终还是看钱，钱不上去，你的新职位就没有分量，如果老
板是个老中，烙印 or没结过婚的老女人，那就更不能去了！ |

可以争取一下无条件给你，因为这个工作性质注定两头跑。现在条件讲好了，也好提前
安排孩子入学的问题。这个老板应该会理解的。
我绝对值这是个很好的机会，公司要抬那个女老板的表现。有了海外工作经验是GM上升
的重要资历。你如果跟这个老板关系处理融洽的话，以后提携你是少不了的。这个直接
老板没家庭，肯定事业心很重，aggressive的话，只要能愿意给下属争取利益，就是值
得跟。又是中年，在位很有一段时间的。现在苦一下，以后的日子就好过了。你想像一
下，干到5０岁整天提心吊胆公司裁你，还是一路上升，成为管理层有比较高层次的关
系网，哪个比较有吸引力？
project manager不是管人的，但是很多project manager后来都管人了。公司还是喜欢

source code有可能可以，但是你如果用了很多VS only compiler feature，那么你得
一个个的改过来，资源文件找到以后手动添加到XCode project里面去。

我想用flash来做个online的给客户提供服务的interface。功能的要求类似房间摆设的
在线设计：在房间里要布置些家具如橱柜，床，椅子，座子等。这些家具可以由简单几
何物体如长方体，球体，梯形等来代替。也可能有些稍复杂的几何体如H、T行物体。这
些几何物体的大小都可以由几个参数如长宽高直径等确定的。用户在网页界面上input
一个基准点，选择物体的model，需要flash根据提供的基准点以及model信息从数据库
获得长宽高直径等需要的数据，画出图形。然后用户可以从不同侧面查开效果以及检验
输入是否准确。能3D最好，但如果有足够的2D视角的话，不一定需要3D。

我想运行一个已经bytecode file 叫做 game.class 因为这个是别人给我的 所以我没
有它对应的java源文件 只有.class
它是一个有图形界面的游戏 里边有很多image和icon 我也下载下来 import到我的这个
project的folder下面 我好不容易让它运行起来 它确实也运行成功了 但是游戏画面漆
黑一片 同时console提示player已经自动的进行到什么什么程度了 就是看不到image
和Icon的resource
我尝试了很多办法 把那几个image和icon到处copy 可是还是不行 我也没法打开看源代
码 大家有时间建议么

This dll is from old MFC in VC 6++. I am trying to make the project ignore

），准备毕业后换地方继续PhD。 目前搞到一个summer internship，去一个prof那里
一起做project，投一篇年底的top conference。但是这边的老板让我暑假呆在这里写
完thesis再走，或者拿ms with project，在一两周内答辩完走人，否则不肯签cpt。现
在的问题是：
1. 拿 non-thesis会影响接下来的phd申请么，虽然这边的diploma是一样的？
2. 留下来写完thesis合算还是去intern合算？
补充信息：
本人有国内math的bs和ms。 cs 方向 paper 三篇，两篇一作（no top）。另外，去
intern那的prof很强，发top-tier paper的势头很猛。但是太年轻，所以不打算跟他做
phd。还有就是跟这边的犹太老板不合，我原来是phd，转成ms的。

-对找大公司的工作有所帮助
-能够在较短的时间内（1-2个月，每个星期30个小时）完成，我们学校master毕业要求
很低
感觉目前large scale system design/cloud computing比较有意思，不知道可不可以
在这个方向上做一个小project呢？或者一个comprehensive study？
导师放养型的，不care我做什么课题，但是也基本不会给什么指导。我实在不想再耗下
去了，因此想赶紧开始做一个课题。

我想你需要做的就是表现出有学习的热情，最好说些什么能证明你还能快速pick up。
然后要不要你就交给别人去决定好了。大家一般讨厌不懂装懂的，
的东西(要求懂relational database,有experience的：stored procedures,triggers,
reporting services ssis什么的)。我很久前国内学过database,再没有相关课程或
project.
法，一次写不出来。上面提到的sql server的东西，都知道是什么(看过教程和video)
，但是从来没直接project接触过。我的知识都是纸上谈兵，
。可是我想面试人家上来一句：说说你database和sql server的experience吧。我不能
说上了课，其他的自学，然后就没有了吧。难道我需要把我知道的东西跟人家说一遍或
者说你出问题考考吧？感觉怪怪的阿。不知道怎么过渡一下啊。 |
